Lonely Wind

I

Breaths, ice cold, keeps me warmest

Unstill warmth, leaves me calmest

Stiff air, all dances about

In ambience that's hollowed out

II

The icy air was but warm

for my heart was much colder

The cool touch does it no harm

it's cold, an ice boulder

III

Snow did not fall down free

Winter did not come to be

The trees stay as though in spring

winds, grew hasty, as they, wing

IV

The winds, truly all lonely

As they search longingly

For that which they can but touch

Like maiden's tears left untouched
