Dan's POV
Phil is back in Manchester with is family now and neither Phil nor I have texted each other since we planned for him to come over on the last day he was here in London. Since I saw Phil again and he left, I have not been able to be happy, Liv has tried her hardest to make me happy but I don't think she has any idea that I can't be "officially" happy without Phil. That might sound cheesy but Phil and Liv have no idea how much of an impact Phil has made on the world sharing happiness, love and positivity.
When Liv texted me yesterday about this thing to make me happy, as far as I know it is another pointless plan to try and get me to be happy. She has already tried movies, drives around London, dinner with friends and just hanging about, none of them have worked really but she is insisting on me to go so I have no other choice but I mean I have nothing else to do so I might as well go
*Time Skip*
Liv's POV
Today I have planned a day to have one final chance to cheer Dan up, if this doesn't work that I have no idea what will. Dan is arriving after lunch as I have something to do before lunch but Dan is probably still asleep anyway.
I am asking myself whether to text Dan to make sure he isn't going to bail today but I am hesitating or some reason, he might get angry for me waking him and then he won't come today. He has to come today so I will not text him just in case
Dan's POV
It's now almost time to leave to head off to Liv's for this stupid thing. She hasn't told me what we are doing yet only to meet her after lunch. I really hope there aren't any surprises as I hate them.
Today I am obviously just wearing my casual clothing; Black shirt with skinny jeans what else. I grab my oyster card and head out to the subway... Argh I am so tall and skinny I hate the subway.
*Time Skip*
I knock on Liv's door just to make sure she is home I hear running coming from inside and small whispers then the door opens to Liv with a giant smile
"Someone is happy" I chirp but I just get a death glare and then she takes a hold of my arm and drags me into the lounge where she has baked her best cookies. I take one and take a bite which causes me to smile
"You smiled" Liv screamed
"Was this your plan to make me happy" I ask setting the cookie back down on the plate "Making me happy with a tea party I just knew this would make me the happiest man alive" I say sarcastically giving Liv a very small smile
She walks in with monopoly and places it on the table "No it wasn't those are just testers for the bakery" She said taking the plate "Today is a games day as in board games not video games" she glared
Does she really think making me play monopoly can make me happy I laugh to myself in my head. If movies and friends don't make me happy monopoly won't.
"You know money can't buy happiness" I try to joke
"Hahaha" she laughs sarcastically "I know silly"
I start to help her set up the game and choose the tokens obviously I choose the dog because of the doge meme, Liv is the car and she then puts the thimble on the board. I just think it might have been an accident but then she starts handing out three sets of money
"Why is there a third person being dealt out?" I ask
"Oh yeah didn-" Then her phone vibrates she quickly pulls it out and start typing rapidly. Jumps up off the ground "Finish sorting the money out I will be right back in 10 seconds"
She ran to the door opens it but I didn't bother listening to who was at the door I just continue sorting the money out just like Liv asked. The person walks in...
"Hey Dan..."
Authors Note: Hiya guys... Please don't shoot me for the suspense I am uploading on Friday... BUT this book will come to an end next Monday so only two more chapter left *Crafts in a corner silently* I don't want to see this end, but if you would have seen my little message I said in there that I am starting to write a second book but I currently have writers block to I don't know if it will go ahead but anyway see you in the next chapter
