Chapter 47

I finished packing my bag and grabbed my purse. I was going to Italy today. 

"Anna, Matt is here!" mum yelled. 

"Coming," I yelled back. I grabbed my things and headed down stairs. I saw Matt waiting in the living room. He grabbed my bags from me. 

"Be right back," he whispered then walked out the door. I turned to my mum and Derek. 

"Alright I guess I'll see you in a month," I said and hugged them. 

"Please call me if something happens or mum starts acting weird. And please please please no more dealing," I whispered in Derek's ear. He nodded. 

"I promise," he said. Matt came back in.

"You ready?" he asked. I nodded. 

"Love you both," I told them then left. We drove to the airport in silence. We had went through security check and were now sitting on the plane. I looked out the window as Matt grabbed my hand. 

"Are you ok?" he asked me seriously. 

"I'm fine. Really. This is just new to me," I told him and leaned my head on his shoulder. 

"Don't worry me too," he smirked. 

"Thank you for this. For this get away," I said. 

"No problem at all. I could tell you needed it," he told me. We were told to strap in then the plane took off. Once the seat belt button turned off I grabbed my bag and took out my headphones and a book. Matt wrapped his arm around my shoulders and I leaned into him. 

"What book are you reading?" he asked. 

"Will Grayson, Will Grayson by John Green," I told him. 

"Is it good?" he asked. 

"I don't know. I'm only 3 chapters in," I said. He just laughed. I put my headphones in and started reading my book. Matt stared at the movie they were playing on the little TV. Soon I dozed off with the book still in my hands. 

However many hours later I was being woken up by someone shaking my shoulder. I opened my eyes to see Matt looking at me. 

"Yea?" I asked. 

"We're about to land, need to put on your seat belt," he told me and I nodded. I put my book and music away then buckled up. 10 minutes later we were on the ground. I grabbed my purse and Matt and I walked off the plane. We went and got the suitcases then Matt called a taxi. 

"To the Grand Males Hotel (This isn't real but i just used a random thing)," Matt said as we got in. The driver nodded and drove off. I stared at the window at all the places we passed. This place was so beautiful. I loved it. I was smiling the whole way to the hotel. We got out and walked into the hotel. It was beautiful. Old fashion paintings everywhere. A huge chandelier hanging over the front lobby. We walked up to the concierge. Well Matt did, I stood gawking at everything. He came back and grabbed my hand.

"Ready?" he asked. I nodded. He kissed my cheek before we headed to the elevator.

The room was amazing. It had a cute kitchen and a huge bed and sofa. With a giant TV. I left my suitcase where it was and looked around the room. I looked out the window to see a beautiful view of the city. The lights were beautiful considering it was around sun down. I felt someone's arms wrap around me.

"We're leaving in a few to head to dinner," Matt said. I nodded then went to my suitcase. I picked out one of my new sundresses I got and some sandals. I put my hair in a high ponytail. When I left the bathroom I saw Matt sitting on the bed on his phone.

"I'm ready," I said and he looked up. He smiled.

"You look beautiful," he told me.

"Thank you," I replied. He grabbed my hand and we walked out the door.

"I thought we could walk since its not that far," Matthew said.

"That's fine with me," I smiled.

The night was perfect. We had dinner, which was amazing, then we walked around for a while until we ended up back at the hotel.
