Sorry about Dean's abrupt mood changes. It pisses me off and I'm the one writing it.
Don't worry, it'll all come together in the end!
(Still not quite sure what Dean has against staying with Cas but I felt it went more with the prompt I was given if Dean went back to Castiel multiple times.)
As always enjoy

"Alright Dean what the fuck." Charlie's voice rang over Dean's mobile phone as he called her. He was just leaving Cas's and he wasn't sure he was making entirely the right decision.
"I don't know Charlie I-I panicked." Dean mumbled into the phone. He was sitting in the front seat of his impala, one hand rubbing his eyes.
"You better figure it out," Charlie scolded, "I told you I would do my best to help you get over him, but because you're so goddamn dense I'll have to try a different approach."
"Charlie..."
"Don't you Charlie me!"
"Fine. Can I go?" Dean asked, wanting me escape Charlie's anger.
"Only if you're going back to that man of yours." The red head on the other side of the phone answered him.
"You know I can't-" Dean began, only to be cut off by another angry comment.
"To hell if you can't Dean! You didn't seem to have a problem going back last night! Don't you dare make any more excuses. Stop being a coward and go back to him."
Dean sat frozen in the car for a few second before breathing a quiet, "okay Charles" and hanging up. He stayed in the car for a little while longer before glancing at the clock on his phone.
10:45am
Dean groaned at the time and huffed. He wouldn't very well be able to sneak in now because Cas would see him. Dean was going back, he was sure if it, but he was going to do it right. He wasn't just going to walk in and pretend everything was okay. He was going to sit down and talk to Cas, apologize again, and hopefully end up getting screwed against the kitchen counter.
Dean sighed, took a deep breath, got out of the impala, and walked towards the front entrance of Castiel's apartment building.
~
He stood in front of the door at the end if the hallway. It was the door that led to Cas. Dean wasn't too stoked about going in there and facing his fears, but he forced himself to take a breath and knock lightly.
There was so answer.
Dean knocked a little harder.
Again, no answer.
Dean huffed to himself and knocked again.
"The open the damn door! Mother of god it's open!" Came a shout from the other side of the door. It was obviously Cas but it sounded off, the chirp he deciphered in castiels voice when he was around to hear it, gone. The blue eyed man almost sounded sad.
Suddenly, Dean felt like an idiot.
He had been denying himself Castiel, and hurting both him, and the man in question in the process.
Also, the goddamn door was unlocked.
Dean pushed open the door, making sure to click the lock when he shut it behind him so an axe murderer wouldn't be able to interrupt their conversation, and shuffled his way Pat the front entrance of the apartment.
"Cas?" He called into the apartment.
"Glad to see you're back again," Cas said, and he could almost feel the ice in his voice, "One minute you're here, the next you're gone," Cas explained, sounding exasperated, "then you come back, say you're sorry, make me think maybe we're starting something, and then leave again. But now you're back so I'm getting a couple more mixed messages."
Dean stared at Cas for a moment, not sure of what to say. He didn't want to say the wrong thing and push Castiel away even more than he already had.
"You going to answer?" Cas prompted him, a hint of worry flashing in his eye at Dean's stillness.
"I've made a mistake," Dean began in a hushed and quiet voice before raising the volume so Cas could actually hear him, "I thought staying here with you would hurt things. I thought it would make whatever we had, have, more complicated. Obviously that wasn't that case and I'm a complete idiot."
"I see." Cas searched Dean's face, presumably looking for any ounce of a hint that he was lying or playing him, again, "You said we have something?"
Dean licked his lips in nervousness and nodded slowly.
"What do you want that something to be?" Cas continued.
Dean stared at Cas with shock. He needed time. He didn't know. He didn't want to admit what he did know, "I- I'm not sure." Dean managed to get out.
Cas nodded seemingly in defeat and Dean finally spoke up as the silence between them began to grow awkward.
"You." he blurted out.
"What?"
"You." Dean said again and he could almost feel a weight lifting off of him as he said that one word, "I want you. I don't know what I want this to be, or how I want to title this, but I do know that I want you."
He felt just about breathless when he looked up at Castiel to see the man's shocked expression turn into a warm, then sly, smile. Cas took what seemed like a single stride and suddenly he was in front of Dean, holding his face in his palms.
"You might be in luck." Cas said softly, staring at Dean's lips.
"And why might that be Castiel." Dean breathed.
"Because, Dean, I think I want you too."
And with that he pulled Dean's lips against his in a deep kiss.

Is this getting weird or good?
I can't tell when it's my own writing so please comment if you're liking the story it would be so nice!
