Bright light in my fucking eyes.
We were on the bus, and our next stop was Tulsa. Aiden was there, and I could not wait to see him. We were going to stop soon for breakfast, so Brendon was literally running around the bus trying to get stuff to be able to stop and eat.
"Brendon! Slow the fuck down!" Dallon would yell at him.
"Fuck you!" Brendon would yell back.
This happened quite often, and Jen and I just laughed and watched. But soon, the bus had stopped and we were running off, to stretch and to get food.
We made it easy and stopped at a McDonalds. I got my usual of sausage biscuit and hash browns, but since we were playing tonight, I got water.
"Do you ever try anything new?" Dallon asks as I walk over to him.
"I'm trying this fedora." I say, pointing to it. Fall Out Boy was to meet us here, so I wanted to scare Patrick.
"You look good in it, but I mean food wise."
"No. I barely try new music...." Dallon just nods as Brendon walks up behind me.
"They should be right outside." Brendon puts his hand on my shoulder.
Just then, both Fall Out Boy and Twenty One Pilots walked in. We went up and greeted them, talking about how these next shows were to go. After a moment of talking, Dan brought up the idea to sit and eat, instead of standing, so we all sat down.
Pete turned to Patrick after we had sat down. Patrick then looks at me and smiles, noticing my fedora.
"Nice hat." Was all he said before he continued to eat.
That's all it was, hang out until the concert.
Make funny faces.
Talk about songs.
Draw.
Talk with Jen.
Although I loved talking with Jen and I'm glad she came, it got boring, and I soon found myself sad again. I wanted to talk with my girlfriend, but I couldn't. She still wouldn't be there for another five days, after that she has to get her WiFi set up and running. That was going to be too long for me, and we weren't stopping in Ohio.
Soon, it was time for the concert.
"Are you ready to head over?" Brendon asks me, fixing his sparkly suit. We had to leave early for the back stage meet ups. I nodded and we were off. The bus was not parked far from the area, so it didn't take long for us to get there.
Many people came up. Some were Jonathan, Mia, Andy, Julian, Brody, Bianca, and Marina.
Then he came up. It was Aiden's turn, so he walked over.
"Whoa, Lydia! How did you get lucky enough to stay here with Brendon?" He said as we hugged.
"You never check my Instagram, do you?" Aiden shakes his head. "Brendon is my dad."
"Well, yeah, but how did you get here?" He didn't get it...
"I adopted her." Brendon explained. Aiden's eyes widened.
"Whoa...that means you live in Santa Monica." I nodded. "I'm moving there!"
Jeez, everyone is moving!
"Cool." I say excitedly. Brendon told us that we could hang out a little before the concert.
"So, is Arnett any better?" I ask after we found a place to sit.
"Same old same old. Brittany got adopted by a poor man living in Texas. She isn't too happy." Aiden explained. It serves her right. "How is your life?"
"Well, I go to school with my girlfriend. I play guitar for Panic! All in all, it's okay."
"Behind you, Lydia..." Aiden said after I was done. I turn around to see Patrick.
"Time to go Lydia." And with I was being lead towards the dressing room. Before we got there, Patrick switched our fedoras. "You can wear mine tonight." I thanked him and wentz into the room.
