Chapter 3

Jesse's POV

"What was that? What did she say?" Jordan asks me and I laugh

"Nothing just another feisty remark from her pretty little mouth." I smirk. We head inside after a few minuets and I see Stori sitting on the love seat by herself. I smirk and walk over to her, she quickly puts her hand on the couch next to her

"Cat is sitting here," then she looks back down at her phone. I pick up her hand and sit down next to her

"Not anymore sweet thang." I drop her hand and it lands on my thigh, she quickly moves her hand and looks up and over at Koby and Jordan

" So Koby is your girlfriend coming over today?" She is probably trying to ignore my presence. What this girl doing to me?

"No not today she had some kind of family get together." He goes and sits down on the chair in the corner of the room. Cat comes out of the bathroom and looks at me then raises an eyebrow at Stori. Stori glares at Cat as she goes and sits with Jordan. I look over at Stori

"So, baby, why did you just leave after you said that? Couldn't take what I would have said back?" I lean back and put my arm on the back of the to where it is kind of around her.

" Um no. My phone was about to die and my phone is a little more important than whatever you were going to say." She sits her phone down and She looks over at me.

I lean over and whisper in her ear "I was going to say that's good because I like my girls with a little bite." Then I wink at her and wait for a smart ass remark. She smiles

"You really need to take a shower you smell like sweat."She covers her nose. Well I wasn't expecting that, I smirk

" Would my little kitty like to join me?"

"I could thing of a thousand other things I would rather do." She says sitting back and crosses her long tan legs.

"Suit yourself." I say as walk to the guest room and I grab some clothes. Then walk to the bathroom and hop in the shower. As I turn the water on my mind wonders to Stori. God what is she doing to me I haven't ever had actual feelings for a girl. I don't get feelings, I'm a player I fuck then I forgot about them. Get it together Jesse you can't catch feelings, you can't let her in, She will end up being just like Jessalyn. She is just another girl that you will get in bed then break her heart when you leave her and tell her the truth. I wash my hair and body quickly then I get out drying myself of. As I go to get dressed I realize that I didn't grab a shirt, oh well I'm sure Stori will enjoy it.
As I walk out of the bathroom I hear a squeal. Stori looks up at me and I smirk at her

"Hey only I can make you squeal like that." She blushes

"Okay for one that wasn't me and for two I only squeal for puppies and maybe kittens." She says crossing her arms over her chest and she bites her lip.

"We will see about that sweet cheeks. Also you blushed and bit your lip again, nice to now I have that affect on you." I say as I sit down next to her and she rolls her eyes. "If you don't quit rolling your eyes they will roll straight out of your pretty little face." I say as I look over at her.

"And you being cocky won't help yours get any bigger." She fires back and I smile at her.

"Good one" I say and look over at everyone else, Koby is no longer in here with us and Jordan, as well as Cat, is fast asleep. "Want to come to my room with me?" I ask Stori as I stand up holding my hand out to her to help her up.

"Uh now why would I want to do that?" She asks as looks at my hand then back up to me.

"Well do you want to be in here by yourself? Because Koby left and the lovebirds are asleep." I say motioning over to Jordan and Cat. She sort of spaces out for a second then stands up with out taking my hand and slips past me as she walks to the guest room where all my stuff is.

"You know I held my hand out so I could help you up." I say as I follow her.

"Yeah I know but I didn't need any help I'm not helpless." She says over her shoulder and she walks into the room and looks how everything is laid out. There is a dresser with a mirror on top across from the door then a bed in the corner on the other side of the room. She walks over to the bed and crawls on it and sits with her back against the head board. I watch her then shut the door out of habit and walk over to the bed falling onto it. Stori laughs quietly then moves to lay down on her side to look at me. I turn over and my eyes skim her face and I smile at her. She looks at me then flashes me her beautiful smile. My eyes land on her full lips and all I can think about is kissing them. My thoughts get interrupted when she yawns, she covers her mouth

"Sorry i'm kinda tired Cat decided to keep me up with the plans she made for the summer. You know how Cat can be" She says with a laugh.

"She won't be the only one to keep you up all night." I say winking.

"Really?" she asks cocking an eyebrow at me "We were doing so good, it had been at least been 5 minuets since you had made your last perverted remark. That has to be a new record for you."

"Ouch sweetie that hurt me. Right here." I say as I put my hand on my heart.

"No i'm pretty sure that it hurt your ego not your heart." She shoots back as her eyes slowly shut. I study her face and how relaxed she is and how cute, a piece of hair falls into her eyes and I carefully tuck it behind her ear. When i'm sure she is asleep I whisper to her

" I'm not supposed to like you, but I can't help it. I mean look at you, you aren't really making this easy on me. Jesse the player has feeling for a girl, never thought I would say that to someone, even though you are sleeping. Get some rest Stori." I lightly kiss her forehead and fall asleep to the sound of her breathing peacefully.
