Chapter 12

I get back home and grab my mom's food taking it inside with me. "Momm i'm back!" I yell as I take my flip flops off and walk into the kitchen. A few seconds later she come into the kitchen and smiles grabbing the bag  getting the food out of it.

"Thank you sweetie." She smiles and gets a fork out of the silverware drawer before sitting down at the bar beside me. "So what are you going to do for the rest of the day?"

"I honestly have no clue i'm probably just going to hang out here. Oh and Cathy said she was going to call you so you guys could get together soon. I told her about your new man friend." I grin and wiggle my eyebrows at her. "Speaking of him you haven't told me much about him not even his name." She smiles blushing slightly.

"His name is Steven. He sells houses and property's stuff like that." I nod my head biting my lip. "He's a couple years older than me but he treats me sooo nicely and he is always so sweet he gets me flowers every time we see each other." She point the the flowers in a vase on the kitchen table. 'Oh i've never noticed the flowers'

"The guys in my generation need to be more like yours." I say sighing as I rub my face.

"A boy giving you problems Sweetie?" She asks looking over at me.

"Oh its a lot more than problems Mom." I laugh slightly then bite my lip, "He's nice, cute, so damn cocky.." i roll my eyes "But i like him and apparently he has a past with girls. I just dont really know what to do." I look over at my mom then she laughs.

"Oh Stori," She shakes her head "All boys are complicated and they always will be." I groan and put my face in my hands.

"That didn't help me at all mother." I say behind my hands and she just laughs then goes back to eating. I sigh and get up, "I'll be in my room if you need me." I walk out of the kitchen and go back to my room shutting the door before falling onto my bed. ' Stori what are we going to do? I don't know little voice in my head, I have noo clue.' I turn my TV on and switch it to Netflix turning on Criminal Minds. 'I need a Derek Morgan in my life' I internally laugh at myself and start watching.

I watch a couple episodes when I hear my phone go off, I unlock my phone and see its a text from Jesse.

"Hey Sweet cheeks, I explained to Cat what happened to day and she still smacked me. I need you to kiss it and make it better." - Jesse

"I think you kinda deserved it. I'll kiss it better next time I see you." - Me

"Nope you need to make it better now. I'm coming over. -Jesse

i look at the phone shocked.

"Jesse you cant just randomly come over. You dont even know where I live" - Me

"Oh yes i can and Cat may or may not have gave me your address. According to my GPS i'll be there in five minutes." -Jesse

I stare at my phone for a minuet 'Holy crap he's coming over' then i quickly get up off my bed and start picking the clothes off my floor. After picking up the clothes i rush out of my room back to the kitchen. "Mom Jesse is coming over." I say quickly and she just stares at me.

"Uhh... Okay...." She says just starring at me.

"The guy i like is coming over mother.." i say looking at her then she starts laughing. "Stop laughingg! Its not funny!" She continues to laugh and I groan quickly going back to my room making sure everything is picked up when i hear the door bell ring. 'Oh gosh hes really here. Okay okay Stori stop freaking out its just Jesse no biggie.' I take a deep breath when i hear my mom talking to him.

"Stori, there is a really handsome young man here to see you." I walk out of my room and into the living room smiling as i see Jesse and my Mom standing in the room and my mom has flowers in her hand. "Annddd he brought flowers for us." She says grinning then excuses herself to the kitchen and I walk over to Jesse.
