Brendon had been talking to Sarah the summer of his Sophmore year. They dated off and on until Brendon realized he was gay.

In the end though they remained great friends and Bren would even consider Sarah as his best friend. She was the only one he was really comfortable around and could tell about anything. Everyone else just thought he was insane, but Sarah know she understood.

They didn't live in the same state though. Sarah was in Michigan and they'd met online on kik of course. Brendon used to fuck around on the chats on the messenger app and stumbled upon the beautiful Polish girl. She had pretty doe like eyes that he fell for in an instant.

After a month or so of talking they decided to have a long distant relationship which came to an end once school picked up his Junior year, so about a little more than 3 months they dated. It was an experience that they didn't regret going through. They learned quite a lot about themselves as people.

Over the time they had saw the struggles of what distant relationships cost. A major struggle was keep the interest between them. Brendon was the who had the most energy when it came to the texting, but soon Sarah didn't feel it so much anymore. It seemed quite repetitive and nothing was happening.

That was their first fight that broke Brendon's heart. The second one and their last was Brendon's and he still sometimes wished it didn't happen.

Brendon kissed a boy. He'd like to say it was a heat of the moment thing and he just wanted to see if he liked boys. Then he kissed a girl and it just wasn't the same. He tried this a few times with different people more girls than boys really. It's what was the hardest for him, girls.

This went on for a month him finding all these people at the high school parties to make out with. He kept it a secret too. He wasn't necessarily trying to cheat on Sarah he just wanted to know what his sexuality really was. Eventually when Sarah caught a few hints of what Brendon was doing he caved in and told her.

Then he broke up with her and they just vowed to be friends.
