Chapter Eight

Dear Diary

So it's been a few days since the "sleep over" at Jace's and Jace seems to be acting weird around me. I don't know what it is, we are still hanging out a lot but I think he may have lost interest in me :'(  I've talked to Rex and Miles and they said he seems fine to them, so maybe it's just me feeling bad for not having gone all the way with him. 

Speaking of which I think I might be ready, Mika thinks it's just cause I think he's bummed about it not happening yet but it's not really. I swear I just wanna show him how much I really like him, I think I might actually love him. So I've arranged to stay the night at his house tonight seeing as him Mum is house sitting her Mum's house tonight.

First things first Mika and I are having a girly day planned at her house. We are going to do each other's nails and try some new make-up she got, not that I'm really into make-up but I do love nail polish and I love Mika, she is the only person who has been there for me through out everything. Well I'll write some more later Mika's Mum is here to take me to their place.

Ok I'm back from Mika's and I have about an hour till I go to Jace's he said to wear something nice so I guess he isn't in a grump with me after all. I was still at Mika's when I got the text saying that so she is lending me her black platform strappy sandals to go with the spaghetti strap black and red dress I'm wearing. I brought it a week ago but haven't worn it, it was half price too and it's to die for. It's black and kinda lacey on top with spaghetti straps, red satin on the bottom with a black mesh overlay over the red. Mika also curled my hair so it's looking really good and she did my nails in black with red tips.

I'm taking my silk pj's as well but I'm guessing they won't last long on lol, I'm getting a little nervous about doing it but I think it's the right time. We won't be drinking this time and I think Jace knows what I have planned and said tonight was going to be really special :D

Before I get my stuff ready I wanted to say what else is going on. Dad and Shelley have gone back to fighting again, she's been really unfair lately instead of spending heaps of time with Dad before the court case, she's been off drinking with her friends and comes home drunk as a skunk it's disgusting. What makes it worse is she's dressing like a slut when she goes out. Dad's really concerned about it he thinks she maybe out with other guys not her friends but he can't prove it.

On a good note Christmas is in a week and Dad has invited Pam and Jace over for our traditional family lunch which Dad and I will be cooking :D I love cooking especially with Dad. Oh also Jace is going to be staying on Christmas night YAY!
