Chapter Twenty

Dear Diary

Well obviously shopping didn't happen yesterday not after all the excitement of seeing our wee baby on screen and hearing that Dad maybe waking up. So Rex took me shopping today and I spent so much money on clothes lol just lucky there was a HUGE sale on it was all 40% off everything. I got some wee jeans, hoodies which are adorable, a lot of tops and all in one suits and well just heaps of stuff. I'm going to put them all away after I write this.

Rex has gone into work for a few hours and Roxie is sewing more of the clothes she designed, she's thinking she may even design some cute baby stuff too ^_^ I can't wait to see what she comes up with. Rex said he was going to go back to the mall before coming home from work because he wants to buy an outfit for when Cadin is born. So basically all I can do is blob and sort out Cadin's room. I brought some re-useable stickers for his room so I may just go work on his room cause other then that I have nothing else to say.

Rex just got home and had the cutest wee outfit with him, it's a jean and top set, the jeans are just plain but the top says "Mummy's little angel" on it and he got an all in one without leg's on it, it domes up under the nappy area and that says the same thing. I showed Rex the baby's room and he loves it, I put away the clothes and put up the stickers there's planes, cars and boyish stuff on most of the walls. I put the outfit on top of the drawers and then Rex said he had one more surprise for the baby and me. He got a cute teddy for Cadin that says Cadin on it and got me a gorgeous wolf charm bracelet to go with the necklace he got me for my birthday. 

Dear Diary

Some more time has passed and I'm now 6 months pregnant, the baby is kicking now and keeping me up at night but it's not so bad at least I know he's doing well in there. Roxie finished all her outfits and I modeled them for her assignment piece and she scored top marks :)  My baby bump is definitely showing now and I get a few dirty looks when I'm out but I don't care. 

Rex, Mika, Miles and I were at the beach the other day when Jace and the blonde bimbo came over and tried talking to us. I ignored them and carried on talking to Mika. Miles and Rex asked him to leave us alone cause we didn't want anything to do with him, not that I mind if they wanna be friends with him but they don't, not after what he did to me. Anyway Jace looked at my stomach and called me a slut :O I know what a jerk right anyways Rex punched him and told him to back off.

After a heated argument and Jace trying to hit Rex back he left with little miss bimbo and we went back to having fun. I was a bit worried that Jace would put one and one together and figure out he was the baby's dad but thankfully he hasn't and I wanna keep it that way. Hold that thought my phones beeping at me lol......

OMG!!! My dad just woke up, he remembers the accident and the fact that the court case was thrown out, which is a good sign. He's been asking after me and Shelley so when Rex gets home in an hour I'm going to go see him. Now to prepare myself and think about what I'm going to say :S I'm getting nervous cause you can tell I'm pregnant just by looking at me and that's going to be a shock to Dad.

Later.....

Well we just got back from the hospital, Dad was definitely shocked to see my baby bump. He surprised me though and said he dreamt I told him, which is funny cause I had spoken to him about it while he was in his coma so I guess he could hear me. After the initial shock Dad was quite happy with how things have been. He's even happier that Rex and I are together and that he's taking care of me. He hasn't asked if the baby is his so I guess he thinks it's Rex's phew lol.  He's rather broken hearted that Shelley is still nowhere to be found but he thought she had been cheating on him and is now more focused on getting better.

The doctor said Dad will need a lot of care now and put him on the waiting list for a rehab unit which is behind the hospital so he will be very well looked after. We stayed for a couple of hours but Dad soon got tired, just before we left Cadin started kicking and I let Dad feel it. He got teary eyed and I promised to bring in the scan photos for him to check out. 

I should probably get some sleep it's been a longish day and I'm so tired.
