Chapter 14: Happy End

Now in perspective of Ayano:
It's been two months, everything is great. Budo and Taro are best friends again and they understood that I love them both and that they both love me just as much. Even Osana is happy, the Monday after the incident she told us that Sosuke Sora from class 2-1 confessed to her on Friday. Kokona had some problems with the rumor, but Saki and I helped her.
It was now the first day of summer break. Budo surprised me with a three day trip to the beach. I've never seen the ocean, I was happy. We went with Taro, Osana, Hayato, Kokona, Saki, Sora and Budo's mom driving. The moment the car was parked I ran out to the beach. The salty air was blowing my way. The waves turned from deep blue to milk white. I heard Budo's voice calling me from behind. "We need to check in first". He laughed when he saw my excitement. I was fascinated by everything, the warm sand under my feet, the little shells that were white, yellow, orange, red, pink, purple and even gray and black. The birds were flying around as if they were also amazed by the reflection of the reddish orange sun that was hugging the endless water. I felt the familiar hands come from behind and wrap around me into a warm embrace. He kissed my cheek and whispering in my ear "We need to go to the hotel". I then felt him picking me up. I laughed. He turned me around to face the hotel and then put me back down. "Come on, let's go join the others". We had two separate rooms, one for us girls and one for the guys. As soon as I got to the room I changed into my black swimsuit that had small cuts to the sides where I didn't have any scars. Osana had a two piece that was pastel pink with white polka dots, it was a simple design, but it looked good with her beautiful orange hair that was for the first time not tied up in ponytails. Kokona and Saki had matching design swimsuit only the color differing, Kokona had a beautiful purple one that matched her hair and eyes, Saki had a teal one with white stripes. And Budo's mother had a simple blue swimsuit witch showed her womanly body. I rushed out of the room to go to the beach. I bumped into Taro and fell down, he had his hand reaching in front of me the same way he did when we first me, the smile that changed everything for me was still there. We went together. It was only 3 PM, but not many people were there. I helped set up the big umbrella and some towels next to it. By then the others joined. As always Budo didn't care and came directly without wearing clothes on top. I also took of the dress I was wearing on top and ran to the water. I felt the warm water tingle when a wave came over my feet. It truly was amazing. I heard Hayato from behind, he ran fast next to me and directly into the water. I laughed. Then I suddenly felt hands from behind, Budo picked me up. "Don't you dare!". He went closer to the water and then threw me in. I then pulled him in and started splashing him as revenge. The others joined me and we all splashed him.
It was finally truly peaceful, no more pain. I didn't have to choose in either love or death. We were all finally happy. I was finally a normal high school girl. I got the happy ending I thought I might never get. I had friends with witch I made wonderful memories, I had both Taro and Budo, and I learned that my life wasn't worthless, I learned to truly love myself and to forget the past and live for the future.
Isn't this a perfect end?

I hope you aren't mad at me for finishing a bit abruptly this book, but I really didn't have anymore inspiration and also I didn't want to make this like a shonen manga, where different difficulties keep appearing.
