"I'm so angry I could... I could punch something," Levy said realizing the first day still hadn't ended yet. "How dare she talk about our guild like that?? Gajeel's there too how can she like him and not consider his feelings? It makes no sense!!"
Lily watched as the blunette paced around the room furiously.
"You should be careful, we don't want that cut to open up," he said with drowsiness. For some reason he had felt really tired all day, probably because Gajeel had made them get up hours early to be able to beat Levy getting to the guild.
"You're right," Levy said still a little irritated,"I just don't understand her. Ugh. Where is he?"
"He'll be here soon don't worry about him too much," the exceed said drifting off to sleep.
"You and Gajeel shouldn't try getting up so early to get to the guild before me," the blunette chuckled, "You've basically slept all day Lily."
"Mhmm..." The exceed fell asleep without paying much attention to the script mage's words.
Levy giggled. She noticed that Lily had fallen asleep on her bed and decided to fold the blanket over him. She decided that she would shower while she waited for Gajeel to come back since he seemed to be taking a while. She took her pjs out of her suitcase and set them down next to the sink in the bathroom. She then proceeded to prepare the towels, undress and get in the shower.
"I really wonder if what Lily said is true," Levy wondered. "Do you like me..?? Do you love me?? Do you love me... For me? Or because of her?"

Melissa overlooked her coworkers making sure that the device was working properly.
"Lady Camilla needs this to be done properly for our master," she yelled,"Do it right."
Camilla walked in from the shadows and overlooked the work that was going on.
"Good job everyone," she said smiling, "I promise good things will come to those who wait."
Camilla pulled Melissa aside to talk.
"You think it'll be ready on time?" Camilla asked.
"I believe so milady, the work should please the new master of the new Phantom Lord guild," the pink haired girl answered. "Master Bozu was very specific and everything is going according to plan."
"Bozu and Sue said that they were trying to locate the true master," Camilla smiled, "Master Jose."
"But milady, what about... Him?"
Camilla looked down at the ground. She had been trying to avoid the subject for a few hours now but everything seemed to keep reminding her of the iron dragonslayer. Tears formed in her eyes but she still looked back up at Melissa.
"It's okay, I'm not his light anymore," Camilla said, "It is all my fault anyway, I left and never returned."
"Milady," Melissa hugged Camilla, "Don't be sad. I will help you."
Camilla smiled and hugged back.

Levy walked out of the bathroom as she dried her hair. She looked around for Gajeel but he seemed to not have returned yet.
"Was I really in the shower for that short amount of time?" Levy asked and looked at the clock. It had been about thirty minutes since she had last seen the clock before entering the bathroom. She looked at the exceed who was still sleeping and smiled.
"No need to worry haha maybe he's just... Going for a walk," Levy tried to keep her cool. It had to be it.. Unless he was still talking to Camilla. "Nahh," she said. She kept towel drying her hair and eventually used her magic to finish up the job. She walked over to the book bag she had taken with her to the library and pulled out a few books she had checked out. She laid in bed and started to read one of the books. She kept looking at the time. Without meaning to every few minutes she was looking from the clock to the door waiting for the dragon slayer to pop in at any minute.
...
"Huh? What?" Levy woke up. She looked at the clock. "Eleven fifty-seven. Hm. I fell asleep for an hour." She looked over to see that Lily was still asleep on her bed. She looked over to Gajeel's bed but it was still empty. She got up and walked to the bathroom and knocked on the door. "Gajeel, are you in there? Hello?" No answer. She was getting worried and started pacing around the room while checking the clock. 12:00am. 12:05am. 12:08am.
"Where is he?" Levy wondered. It was 12:32am when Levy decided to go look for Gajeel. She changed into some clothes and packed some stuff into her book bag along with 2 of her solid script books. "Lily, Lily," she gently shook the exceed awake, "Lily, I'm going to look for Gajeel."
"Hm?" The exceed woke up and rubbed his eye, "What?"
"I'm going to look for Gajeel, he hasn't come back," Levy said.
"I'm sure he's just out for a walk or something," Lily yawned. He stretched trying to wake himself up.
"That's what I thought too but it been about 2 hours since we got back here and he's not back," Levy started getting a little more frantic at this point. She had been trying to keep her cool for most of it but she was really worried.
The exceed woke himself up fully and said, "Mkay I'll help you look for him."
"No, I'll go, you stay here in case he comes back," Levy said, "Here use this lacrima ring to call me if he gets back, if I'm not back in an hour come look for me."
"Alright," Lily said tying the ring on a string to place around his neck.
"I'll be back soon!" Levy walked out the door waving goodbye, "I hope."
Levy ran outside of the hotel looking for the dragon slayer.
'Gajeel,' she thought.
