Dan sat in the dark cushion, revising what was going on in his mind. He sighed deeply, shaking all over with his heart down in his stomach. Phil was gone, gone forever and there was no way of getting him back. But he had to do something if he sat here any longer he'd forever lose his mind to the masses. Dan looked up to see the door slowly open, the loud screeching of the door made Dan cringe. Outside the door was a severely large man of a high stature with dark hair and piercing dark eyes. The ambiance he gave off was one of a darker tone. He snorted and stared at Dan like he was a maggot wiggling around.
"Mr.Howell, I'm here to take you to the cafeteria."
Dan stood with exuberance, the man came up and got Dan out of the jacket he was wearing. What he was wearing underneath wasn't his normal clothes. He was now wearing a pure white outfit. The man grabbed Dan and held onto him tightly like he was prisoner awaiting the death trial. He led him down to the cafeteria where men and woman sat and ate their lunch, the whole room was dark and kinda dingy. No others seemed to have a bodyguard keeping an eye on them, why was Dan so special.
The man let Dan through the line and sat him down across from a burly man with a mustache, it looked as if he was pulled out of the 1920's.
"Eat Howell, if you don't eat now, you won't eat for 5 days!"
Then he was gone. Dan was left there looking at this burly man slurping his soup. He glared at Dan and looked around as if someone was around, he then through muffled words, spoke.
"What are you in for?"
His voice was gravelly and could scare anybody to death if he screamed but he was quiet and his words were calm and timid. Dan looked up at him and sighed deeply unsure if he should answer or not.
"Uh well I kept the body of my best friend in his room after he died."
The man smiled as if what Dan had said wasn't crazy and psychotic at all but completely normal.
"I keep talking to my dead wife after she was murdered."
Dan sighed deeply and looked around.
"Can I give you some advice."
Dan looked back at the burley man.
"You a pretty boy, watch out for these crazy woman, they jump on you the first time they get the chance."
Dan looked around and saw girls staring at him, he gulped.
"I've got to get out of here, do you know a way out?"
The man chuckled. "If there was, I would have already gotten the hell outta here."
Dan groaned, lifting his head towards the sky, he had to find a way out of this hell hole.
"There might be a way actually."
Dan looked up finally interested.
"If they think you're dead."
