Why was it the only time that strange things happened to you was at night? Was this just a thing that happened, or because you were married to the nightmare pokemon? Who really knows.

Rai hadn't seen Darkrai since dinner, so you were stuck too wondering where he was. It was close to his birthday... maybe something happened there.

While you were washing dishes a bang came along with cursing mixed inside. You untied your apron and went upstairs, opening the door slightly. "Darkrai sweetie... is that you?"

"Ah!" A voice cried out. "(y/n)?! D-Don't come in!"

He sounded panicked and worried, so of course you opened the door, only to laugh at him. His legs were tangled up in the blankets, along with his arms getting tangled in the work.

Rai came out from his room to see, laughing, and taking photos. "This is totally going on pokesnap!"

Darkrai growled dangerously. "Can you just hurry up and help me!"

You took a minute to recover and untie him from his nest of blanket. "Jeez, what were you even trying to do?"

He blushed and looked away. "Trying to be... sexy for you..."

"Aww! How cute!"

Dialga

Considering time is one of his powers, you would think he knew how to manage it well. Your own daughter was starting to worry about that dark aura around you.

"Mom... are you alright?"

You growled and laid down on the couch. "What is wrong with him?! Does he not like my dinner! It's his favorite and I wanted him to taste it!"

Dia looked at the clock too, worry about her father. "Maybe he got caught up in something? He is a legendary, so maybe it was something legendary related?"

"Well he better have a good damn excuse when he gets home!"

All through dinner you pouted, wondering where your husband went. Suddenly the door knob at the front door was jerking, and cursing was on the other side.

Dia looked scared as you grabbed a bat, slowly walking over towards the door, and slammed it open.

You would have brought the bat down, but it was Dialga, soaked head to toe in a tuxedo holding flowers in his other hand.

Dialga sighed deeply and pointed at the sprinkler. "Seriously, why do we have sprinklers that come towards the door?!"

You laughed and kissed his cheek. "Because they just love you."

Victini

For only one day, you let him gamble at the bar. Shockingly Victini didn't even want to go and you forced him too. It was strange for even you to force him to go.

Vic looked at the door while grooming his pokemon. "Are you sure dad will be alright on his own? You did say he could be greedy and take more money than he should."

You smiled and gently touched your son's shoulder. "Vic that was years ago." You looked at the door, a smile appearing with a warm memory. "Besides, when he came back to me as a human again, I knew he changed for the greater good."

Humming was on the other side of the door as you wondered who it belonged too. Vic looked tensed and backed away from the door.

When the door swung open as Victini strike a pose, down on one knee with a diamond ring in his hand. "(y/n), will you do me the honors and marry me again?"
