I really liked hanging out with Tanner this afternoon, we talked about a lot of things and also laughed at everything. He decided to offer to drive to his, seem as I was bad at directions and getting here. He was actually a very trusting driver and he likes the same taste in music I do.

Once we arrived at his house I could tell I didn't belong here, there were dust, dirt and farm animals. Compared to my brand new white car and new white Nikes, once we got out of the car I put on Tanner's jumper, if I was going to meet his parents and little sister I didn't want to look like I came out of the strip club.

We walked up a lovely pathway with flowers, it leads to a large white wood house, it looked so lovely. He opened up the door and not even 10 seconds later a loud high pitched voice could be heard throughout the house.

"TANNNNNER!!!" I guessed that was his little sister.

Moments later a little girl maybe five or six came running down the hallway, she had a bright gleaming smile on her face, she ran up to him and jumped on him, he instantly dropped his bags to catch her.

"Hey, Pumpkin. This is my friend April." I smiled when he said friend.

"Pleased to meet you," she leaned over tanner and reached for me grabbing my hand, asking me to shaking it, "My name is Princess Emily, but you can call me Emily."

"Hello Emily, It's lovely to meet you." I leaned over and shook her hand, her smile was very cute.

Tanner chuckled and I looked over to see him smiling at me, I gladly smiled back.

"Here let me show you around and introduce you to my parents," as we walked around the house it was cute it had lovely pictures hanging all around. Emily's room was covered in pink and barbie dolls, compared to Tanner's room, it had plain walls but with sketches and all types of art hung up. He also had a small Tv with an Xbox.

He showed me the rest of the inside of the house then we walked outside to the back porch, the property had dozens of Horses, cattle and sheep, there were also a few chickens and pigs. The property had a small lake and a barn. There was also a lot of fields and a garden.

Before my mind went somewhere else, Tanner and his parents were looking at me. I felt so embarrassed....

"Hey Mum, Dad, this is my friend, April, April this Thomas and Bronte, my parents."

"It's so nice to meet you, you have a lovely home."

"Why thank you daring," Bronte said. "I've worked hard on the garden and out the front, Thomas and Tanner doesn't like it as much and Emily helps all the time." She glared at tanner making me giggle.

"Tanner, have you showed April around, or given her something to eat, the poor girl is probably starving."

"Oh, honey stop being so nice," Thomas spoke up, he had a British accent, Tanner didn't have one, "She probably already ate or isn't hungry, and her white car has been sitting out front for 10 minutes."

"Yea, Tanner brought me an Ice Cream."

"Why didn't you get me one," Emily yelled running outside, "Sorry pumpkin, I forgot ill get you one next time."

"Okay, pinky promise." She reached up and held out her pinky, Tanner hooked his pinky with hers.

"Oh, April come meet Tigger my pony." She grabbed my hand and pulled me towards the barn, Tanner walking behind.

She eagerly let go of my hand and opened up the door, inside was stables at least ten, five on each side. She ran as fast as her little legs could take her, she ran to the third stable on the left hand side, she opened the door with all her might, inside stood a metre-tall pony. A black and white patched one for that matter, it had a short mane a pink sparkly halter around its head, it was actually very cute.

"Here give him an apple," she handed me a big bright red apple, and she had a gleaming smile on her face. I didn't know what to do so I just threw it near the horse. Emily and Tanner burst out laughing, I felt so embarrassed, I didn't know what was going on.

"Here let me show you." Tanner walked up behind me, he gently grabbed my hand, flattened it out and placed the apple in my hand. He slightly leaned forward with me. Tigger slowly walked forward and gently grabbed the apple out of my hand.

"OMG, that was so scary, thank you though," without thinking I turned around and gave Tanner a giant hug.

"No problem."

As we spent a few minutes in the barn, we eventually left. It was getting late and Dad would start to get worried so I had to leave. Tanner walked with me to my car, and hugged me goodbye, it was almost like a giant bear hug.

"It was fun today, thanks for hanging out with me," I said unlocking my car.

"All good we should hang out again, how about tomorrow night, I'll pick you up." I nodded.

"Sure where to though, cause ill need to wear the right outfit."

"Just wear something casual, text me your address tomorrow." He smiled nicely at me and opened my car door.

We had another small conversation before I, hopped in my car and drove off. Soon enough I arrived home, dad was still not home yet so I wouldn't get into trouble. I eventually just made dinner for myself, and watched my favourite you-tuber couples Caspar and Keely, I wish I could be like them one day.

Eventually I found myself drifting off to sleep, I didn't even realise the time, but I had a long day today and I'm also going to have a long day tomorrow.
