The Doctor & The Turtles

Preparing for Battle.

A cloaked Master Splinter entered Evie's Diner where April O'Neal and Casey Jones were sitting at the counter with Evie, the owner's daughter. Splinter gently pushed the door open and whispered "April....April.." once he had April's attention he left the diner and stepped back in to the shadows.

April and Casey exited the diner and went to where Master Splinter was standing, "Master Splinter, is everything okay?" Said April.
Splinter spoke sternly and precisely "April and Casey you have been useful allies to us and now I must ask for one more favour, Donatello has information that leads us to believe that The Krang will attack us imminently. A man from another world has come to help us with this battle"
Casey Jones looked excited "dude, are you serious?"
Suddenly The Tardis materialised around Splinter, April and Casey.

April and Casey were stunned. The Doctor was standing at the Tardis controls, he finished inputting coordinates and said "April, I have heard very little about you, and who is this?" He pointed at Casey.
Casey mumbled "err yeah I'm Casey and where am I?"
"Well here's a crash course, I'm a Time Lord, this is a time machine and we are travelling in time. Oh and its bigger on the inside" said The Doctor
"Astounding, simply astounding" said Master Splinter
April still hadn't spoken and then she suddenly said "okay.... Master Splinter you say you can vouch for this man?
"I believe I can" Said Splinter.
April looked around the Tardis, she was just as awestruck as Splinter "we are travelling in time? To any particular place?"

The Tardis materialised in the Dojo where the Turtles had been training hard for a month.  Leonardo was happy to see Master Splinter, April and Casey. "Doctor you said you would be gone for a few days, it has been a month!"
The Doctor furrowed his brow "really? Well if it's any consolation, you have only been gone for a few hours in your time"
The usually reserved Master Splinter stood on the mountainside and was smiling bigger and harder than he had ever smiled before. He was joined by Takeshi Yoshi "hello your turtles have told me so much about you, my name is Takeshi"
Splinter turned to make eye contact with Takeshi. "I have an ancestor named Takeshi, legend has it he was a fearless warrior who was victorious in many battles."
Takeshi and Master Splinter gazed out to the sunset.

April O'Neal and Casey Jones were drinking ginger tea with The Doctor, they were joined by The Turtles. "Master Yoshi says we are ready Doctor" said Raphael, "I feel stronger than ever" said Michelangelo.
The Doctor led the group out to the mountainside to join Takeshi Yoshi and Master Splinter. They all stood in a line and the Doctor stood up on a high rock to address them all.
"Everybody has a task to carry out once we are on board The Krang space ship, April and Casey your job will be sabotage, you will find a control room on the lower deck, you must destroy the emergency protocols to stop The Krang messaging for back up.
Takeshi interrupted The Doctor "I will not allow two that I have not trained personally to undertake such a task on their own, I will join them.
"Agreed" said The Doctor "no more interruptions please.  Master Splinter, your task is to be bait, you must draw out as many Krang as you can and guide them towards the Master Control Room, this is where you four come in, we will need as many Krang as possible to be removed from their robot bodies. They absolutely must be given the chance to surrender"
The Doctor continued his rallying speech "now we rest, as soon as the Sun rises, we battle The Krang"

The Sun rose, The Turtles were already awake and going over battle techniques. The Doctor entered the sleeping quarters "it's time"
The Doctor, Takeshi Yoshi, Master Splinter, Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, Michelangelo, April O'Neal and Casey Jones entered the Tardis.

The Krang Scouting Ship - Present Day.

The Tardis materialised in a storage cupboard. The Doctor was first to leave The Tardis, he saw someone in chains, Leonardo was next out of The Tardis. He too saw the man in chains, he whispered to The Doctor "that's Baxter Stockman. He's a scientist. Oh yeah and he's a fly"
The Doctor was puzzled "what do you mean by he's a fly?"
Leonardo began to explain "he was sprayed with mutagen, the same thing that turned Master Splinter in to a rat and us in to handsome ninja turtles.
The Doctor tried to get a better look at Baxter "so he's a vespiform? I have encountered his kind before, what is he doing here"
"Have you come to rescue me Turtles?" Said Baxter "I have sensitive hearing remember."
The Doctor approached Baxter "why are you chained up here?" He asked
Baxter looked sad "I may not always be on the side of the angels, but what the Krang are having me do is simply wrong, they kidnapped me, brought me here and forced me to make clones of The Turtles, but I can not stabilise the mutagen and they expire within hours, I am kept here as a prisoner at night and forced to work for them during the day"
The Doctor looked at Baxter and said "where is the main control room?"
"That's where I work, it's this way" said Baxter

The Doctor used his sonic screwdriver to release Baxter Stockman's handcuffs and chains. "Go to work as you normally would, carry on as normal and most importantly  keep the chains on" the Doctor then handed Baxter Stockman a disc "you will know when to use this" he said.
Raphael was alarmed "Doctor no! Baxter Stockman cannot be trusted"
The Doctor raised his voice "no matter what he has done in the past, this man is a prisoner. He deserves freedom"
Raphael looked solemn "yes you are right Doctor I am sorry"

The Doctor and Leonardo heard footsteps "Krang we will take the prisoner known as Baxter Stockman to the the place where he is going to make us a clone of our enemies which are called Turtles" said Alpha Krang. "Krang agrees with Krang, the prisoner known as Baxter Stockman will go to the place where he is now to make a clone of our enemies which are called Turtles" said Beta Krang 1.
Stockman looked over his shoulder at The Doctor who was standing in the shadows as he was led away to his work station and looked at the disc that The Doctor had given him. 'Implosion Virus' was written on it, Baxter concealed the disk again.

The Doctor addressed the group one last time. "Everyone knows what they have to do"
Takeshi spoke briefly "I am happy to fight this battle with you, but I do not see the benefits of Miss O'Neal wearing this bright yellow attire" he then reached in to his bag and retrieved two black cloaks and handed one to April and one to Casey Jones and said "now you look like true ninjas"
Casey reached in to his own bag and retrieved his hockey mask. "Lets fight!".
Michelangelo was a little sheepish "erm guys shouldn't we, you know, do that thing we do"
Everyone put their hands in the middle of the circle. TURTLE POWER they all confidentially whispered.
