The Battle of The Krang

The Doctor made sure everybody knew their role. Raphael spoke up again "Doctor I am telling you, Baxter Stockman cannot be trusted" The Doctor had a look of concern on his face. "What has he done that is so bad Raph?"
"Well for a start, he stole and stockpiled mutagen to try and create his own army of mutant soldiers, he stole on of our T-Phones and tried to use the signal to blow up our lair and then he...." The Doctor interrupted "and you let me give this mad man a virus that can destroy a mainframe and send a virus to any computer server in the world which disables their defence system and causes them to blow up, you said he was a scientist you didn't say he was a mad scientist.
Raphael interrupted The Doctor "I tried to tell you!"

"Okay everyone, fan out." Said The Doctor

The team went their separate ways, Takeshi Yoshi, April O'Neal and Casey Jones went to find the lower deck control room, The Doctor stood in the middle of the main control room with the Turtles standing around him in a protective circle, Master Splinter found a shadow to conceal himself in outside the control room. "Get ready" said The Doctor. "But Doctor, how will we gather up all the Krang mutants from the Lower Deck?" said Leonardo. The Doctor pulled a bag from his pocket "take this and gather them all up, it might not look much but trust me they will fit"

The Krang were patrolling the corridors leading towards the main control room, Master Splinter stepped forward from the shadows "Krang this is the associate of those which call themselves Turtles" said Alpha Krang. Master Splinter ran in to the main control room and the Krang chased after him, the Turtles and Splinter all started fighting the Krang, Donatello broke two robots in half with his Staff, the Krang mutants that had been disembodied ran around and were immediately stunned by The Doctors sonic screwdriver which temporarily halted their brain functions. Michelangelo was knocked to the floor by some Krang but Raphael had dismantled five Krang of his own and ran over to help Michelangelo, taking his score to eight. "Looks like I am beating Ya" said Raphael as he destroyed another Krang robot.

In the lower deck, April, Casey and Takeshi were involved in a battle of their own, Casey was taking out the Krang with his trusty hockey stick, Takeshi was more than holding his own when surrounded by ten Krang, quickly destroying their robot bodies with his Katana. Leonardo was collecting the disembodied Krang and throwing them in to the bag, Leonardo laughed "this guy is amazing, is everything he owns bigger on the inside" he said as he marvelled at how many Krang he was able to fit in to the bag. "It's here" said April "but I can't switch it off, Master Takeshi can you help me?" With a swift slash of his katana, Takeshi destroyed the Krang radio control system.

Following a long battle, The Krang had successfully been gathered together on the main deck of the ship. The Doctor stepped forward "Which one of you is the designated leader?" Alpha Krang raised a tentacle. The Doctor looked Alpha Krang in the eyes and said "for so long I have seen people, species, world's and galaxies destroyed. I will not allow your invasion to take place surrender now and I will find you a planet who will offer you asylum and everyone will live" Alpha Krang not used to speaking outside of a robot body garbled "No" The Doctor turned from pleading to cold instantly "then what happens now is your own doing"
Baxter Stockman who had shaken free of his shackles took this as his que, uploaded the Internal Implosion disc. The Doctor continued talking "this ship is rigged to implode within two minutes, all aboard will be destroyed, so I offer you my help one last time, surrender now and I will find you somewhere to live in peace.

"Erm actually Doctor we have around 20 seconds before this ship implodes" said Baxter Stockman "I may have altered the timing mechanism slightly"
Raphael shouted angrily at Baxter Stockman "see I knew it, you're a slime ball. I kept on saying that you shouldn't be trusted"

The Doctor spotted a teleport and ran on the base of it "quick everybody make sure a part of you is touching this key, a finger tip, anything at all" The Doctor was holding his TARDIS key and by now everyone was touching it"
The Doctor pressed a button on his sonic screwdriver "right if I can just alter the flow of the dimensional...." with seconds to spare The Doctor, The Turtles, Takeshi Yoshi, Master Splinter, April O'Neal, Casey Jones and Baxter Stockman materialised inside the Tardis. The TARDIS shook as the Krang Ship imploded. The Doctor was furious "Baxter Stockman, I gave you my trust I thought you would be better but Raphael was right about you all along. Your actions have consequences and you will be dealt with accordingly.".

"What do we do now Doctor? Said April O'Neal.
"Now I take everybody home" said the Doctor. "But first we deal with Baxter Stockman" with fury in his eyes, The Doctor looked at Baxter and said sternly "sit down and do not move"
Takeshi Yoshi drew his Katana and stood in front of Baxter Stockman.
Baxter gulped.

The TARDIS materialised inside Stormcage, a prison in space which holds the most notorious prisoners in all of the Galaxies. He marched Baxter Stockman out of the Tardis.
"Doctor we got your message, this man will attend trial tomorrow morning at sunrise, we have a holding cell ready for him" said Lloyd Auckland, the Stormcage Governor.
"You can't do this to me!" Shouted Baxter Stockman as he was escorted to his cell. "I will get out of here!"
"Good riddance" said The Doctor

April O'Neal and Casey Jones were dropped off at Evie's Diner. "You two have been gone for like ten minutes and now you're back wearing different clothes and April your hair seems longer and Casey you look like you need to shave, how did you do so much in so little time? Said Evie.
April and Casey looked at each other and laughed.

"It was an honour to share this battle with you Doctor, I look forward to seeing you again soon my friend" said Takeshi Yoshi as he walked out of the Tardis. "I get such a strong feeling that I know him from somewhere" said Master Splinter.

Raphael approached The Doctor "hey Doc you said this is a time machine right? Well before you take us home can you do something for us? Raphael whispered in The Doctors ear.

The TARDIS materialised in Japan 18 years prior to the present day. "Stick to the shadows" said The Doctor.."we are here to look and then leave, have you got that?"
Just then Master Splinter who was still a human walked by with his wife and daughter Meiwah.
"How did you know that I wanted to come here Raphael? Thank you so much my son" Said Master Splinter with tears in his eyes.

The TARDIS then landed in the Turtles lair. "I guess this is goodbye" said Leonardo.
"Thank you all of you" said The Doctor.
"Look at this place it's like we never left" said Donatello

The Doctor turned to walk back in to The Tardis but Michelangelo blocked his way. "Before you go Doctor..."
"Okay okay" said the Doctor "hands in the middle then"
