From: Luke – How about that small café on 5th?
To: Luke – Yeah cool. What time? I can meet you there I'll be in that area today
From: Luke – 2:30 maybe? Or 3:00
To: Luke – How about 2:45 I get out of a meeting then

Ryanne smiles at the message from Luke as she goes into her closet. Finally back home in her tiny apartment is nice even if she will miss her family. She puts on her clothes and her ears before hurrying out to go to horrid adult things.
She goes into the office for her taxes meeting and sits down hardly paying attention as she's too excited for her little date with Luke.
When the meeting is over she hurried to 5th street. "Get out of the way!" She screams at the slow moving cars even though she knows that they can't hear her.
Finally arriving at the café she runs in even if it's only 2:30 and sits at a tiny table in the corner. "Hello I'm April I'll be your waitress today are you waiting for anyone?" A blonde girl asks coming over. "Uh yeah actually he'll be here soon," Ryanne smiles politely. "Alright would you like something to drink while waiting?" The girl asks and Ry nods, "just a coke please," she says and the girl walks away.
While sipping on her coke she scrolls through different social medias. 2:45 she squeals to herself anxiously and looks at the door, 2:46 no Luke. 'Maybe he's just late,' she thinks.
3:00 come too soon and still no Luke. She feels herself grow more and more nervous. 'Maybe just traffic?' She hopes silently it's just traffic.
She sighs as she looks at the clock one last time 3:37 no show. She gets up sadly making her way to the cash register to pay and leaves. Luke must of changed his mind.
