Anastasia's P.O.V

Guilt.

I could of stopped myself but I didn't.

Shawn's P.O.V

I've never felt so bad for doing such things ever. Not only have I been unfaithful to Kaia, I have potentially ruined all hopes of a more than perfect relationship for Anastasia. There has to be something wrong with me, because no one does this.

I jolt awake from my sleep, sweat drenching my body. I smelt disgusting. I checked the time and figured it was a good time to take a shower and get ready for work.

I finished up my shower and went to check if Kaia has woken up yet. Her body was curled up into a ball, under the sheets. I walk over and place a gentle kiss on her cheek before grabbing my jacket and leaving the apartment.

I decided to stop and get some coffee before going to work. I park outside of my local Starbucks and walk in looks for a spot when I notice Nick sitting at a table by himself. I didn't feel like dealing with him at the moment so i tried to get out of his view as quickly as I could before he could see me.

"Shawn? Is that you?" Great. I turn around to face Nick.

"Oh hey Nick. Didn't see you there," I spoke bluntly.

"Come sit with me!" He cheers. I guess I really didn't have an option. I ordered a cappuccino and just sat and had a small chat with Nick before leaving for work.

The day honestly flew by so fast and before I knew it, it was the afternoon and I was back home having dinner with Kaia.

"Mmm, I love this pasta babe," I compliment Kaia's amazing cooking skills.

"Thank you baby," She smiles, a small blush settling on her cheeks. Tenerife sea was softly playing in the background while we were eating. It was our song. We first listened to it when we were teens and in school, year 9. That was also the moment I realised how beautiful Kaia truely was. She was the same girl i fell in love with so many years ago.

I helped Kaia put away the dishes once we finished up our eating then we made the choice to just lay on our sofa together.

"Shawn.." Kaia whispered, "Can you please hold me?" She asked.

"Of course baby," I say while wrapping my arms around her delicate body. And so we just lied there. From anyone else's eyes, we would look like such a complete couple because we were and oh god, how I wish i could easily say it could be like this forever. But at the moment, I don't think I could.

"Yes mum, I have everything under control," I tell my mum who is currently lecturing me about my choices for the wedding.

"Alright mum, I have to go now but ill speak to you soon, alright. Bye, love you." I finish up talking to my mum and head back into my office. I rub my eyes briefly before I get back to typing up whatever I was typing up before.

Maybe I could catch up with my mates Johnson and Gilinsky with Kaia after I finished my work.

and I think I owe an explanation for why I haven't been active and honestly I don't know myself and that's a pretty shitty excuse. school, social life, family, physical and mental health carried me away so much but I hope I can get back into wattpad a little more but it's not a guarantee, I'm trying to spend as much time with my family and friends whilst I am quite young. I really hope you understand, I love you all so much. I mean that from the bottom of my heart.
