"Joonie, Hakyeon hyung invited us over so our kids can play with theirs, don't you wanna go see them?" Hoseok asks his husband while brewing tea, huffing slightly when Namjoon doesn't reply.
"Kim Namjoon, are you even listening to me?" Hoseok whines before walking over to Namjoon who had his earphones in.
Namjoon continues to read his book, listening to his loud music with a small grin. Hoseok rolls his eyes, exiting the room to collect the now finished tea.
When Hoseok came back, Namjoon was in the same position, the only thing being changed was the song and the page he was on.
Hoseok just sets the tea down on the coffee table, looking at his husband with a small frown. He can't believe he just rambled to himself for five minutes about seeing Hakyeon and Taekwoon. Namjoon soon closes his book when he notices the tea, smiling at Hoseok before taking out his earphones.
"Hey, baby," He says, pulling Hoseok to his lap and laying back down. "Don't 'hey, baby' me, I'm mad at you." Hoseok mumbles, resting his head on Namjoon's chest.
"Eh? Why?" Namjoon raises an eyebrow confused as to why his wife was upset. "I just spent five minutes talking to myself because I thought my husband was listening," Hoseok complains, lightly hitting Namjoon's chest.
"Oh, I'm sorry." Namjoon chuckles, holding Hoseok's hand and kissing his head. "What were you saying?" He asks now playing with Hoseok's hair.
"I was saying how Hakyeon hyung has invited the family over, it's been awhile and I'm sure you and Taekwoon hyung have a lot to talk about," Hoseok explains with a smile and closing his eyes in satisfaction.
"Hm, that sounds great baby, I'm sure Seokjin will love seeing Jaehwan."
