Stelara,

Hope you haven't forgotten our deal. Meet me in my apartment after the meeting with Hank. Don't forget!

Love,
Jason

I quickly take the letter off of my door and read it.

Shit. I completely forgot about the deal.

Letting out a long sigh, I look longingly at my bed before trudging downstairs.

When I reach the table, Jason and Hank are already there.

"Great, she's here. Do you have something for us?"

I take a seat next to Hank. "Of course."

"Let's here it."

I feel a shiver of guilt run through me for spilling these women's secrets before forcing it down.

"Alright, here's what I have. So, you know Portia?"

Jason nods.

"Well, it turns out that the reason she's here is because she can't find real love at her town."

"That hardly sounds like news-"

"Because she's a stripper."

Jason's mouth hangs open. "She said she was a business owner on her application."

"This certainly changes things," Hank announces in his host voice.

I roll my eyes.

"What else?"

"Valerie is only here to become more famous as an actress."

"I had a feeling," Jason frowns, "but I didn't want to believe it."

"Rebecca has kids and she's only here to find a rich husband to provide for them and her boobs are fake."

Jason chokes on his wine. "What?!"

I shrug. "You heard me. Can I go now?"

Hank gives me a warning look. "Just a minute. Are you positive?"

"I'm not one hundred percent on the boobs thing, but the rest I know for sure."

He nods, barely able to hold in his excitement at this information. "Alright. You can go now, Night. Thank you."

"Whatever," I mumble, pushing away from the table and stalking off.

I've never felt dirtier. How could I do this? I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this anymore.

I open the refrigerator and pour myself a glass of water.

"Ma'am, I can get you a drink if you like-"

"This is a drink," I reply, taking a long sip.

"I meant an alcoholic drink, ma'am," they retort sourly.

"No, I wouldn't. Thank you."

Grumbling under their breath, they leave me in peace.

Finally alone.

I shake my head, realizing my mistake.

I'm never truly alone in this house.

I quickly gulp down my water and check the time.
