Miraculous Vampire

chapter 12

I woke up to find myself still in adrien's bed as expected,I looked around searching for him but he wasn't there and so i stretched my arms and then I got up

I went downstairs still half-asleep to find him in the living-room sitting on the couch watching a movie...he seemed distracted so he turned it off but I could see from far that he was in deep thought

Having that sad expression over his face makes me sad too,I can't see him like that...there is a big chance that what he's thinking is about what he did to me,even though I told not to over think it he still regrets it

"Good morning "I said approaching him and then sat down next to him "oh..good morning Marie how do you feel today ?"he said replacing his sadness with fake happing which I noticed

"Oh..i'm doing great,I feel a lot better today "I said smiling

"Good,um..are you hungry ?I had already prepared breakfast"

he walked to the kitchen and held a plate with peanut butter toasts,Greek yogurt filled with oats which both of them contained a lot of protein and then putted it on the table

"Oh yeah..I'm starving"I walked towards him and sat down
"Come on eat up,you need to fill your body with vitamins to get back to your usual energetic self"he said grinning while sitting next to me at least he smiled

I nodded taking a big bite of my peanut butter toast...delicious I closed my eyes to feel its sweetness running through my mouth while a little groan leave my lips

I looked over him to see him still staring at me with a grin on his face

"What ?"

"Nothing"

"Now..I'm curious"

"It's just that you have that little groan whenever you eat"

"You heard that"

"Yep"

"Such high quality hearing you have"

"You know,I'm a vampire..I can here a whisper from a far"he said sounding proud of himself..I giggle

Hmm..now that I think about it where is his mom,I haven't seen her today"where is your mom ?"I said taking another of my toast

"Mom went to work early today she had a meeting in the hospital and I think dad went to a trip abroad to make another drawing fair there and meet other famous painters"

"Are you used to it ?like,you know..miss don't you want to travel with him ?"

"No...not always besides it relates to his work so I have nothing to do with it...oh and I forgot to tell you that I already told your mom that you're here so don't worry "

"Oh thanks and it was delicious"I finished eating and then brought my plate to the sink

"Glad to hear it"he said and started washing my plate

"We have no school today,so what do you wanna do ?"adrien sat besides me on the couch

"How about  we play one of your video games"

"Are you sure ? Because when we played FIFA 15 last time you started yawning then the next minute I found you already asleep !"he said laughing

"That was last time but now I'm wide awake... Let's do this"

"Ok then.."he gave me the remote and then brought 5 video games he said "we have FIFA 15,call of duty ghosts,just dance 2015,minecraft and last but not least the last of us which I bought recently "

"Well we have already tried most of them except just dance 2015 and the last of us,I guess we should play the last of us,it looks interesting but we have to take turns it only plays one player"

"I think so too but first let me bring snacks,we're gonna need it"

"Ok"I said taking the CD from its box and putting it in his play station

"Hurry up already or I'm going start it without you"I said

"I'm coming..i'm coming"he came back and i placed the snacks in front of us and said "you can start now"

"And here we go" I said starting the game
