Revelations
Monday morning. Everyone is scampering around the halls. Girls chatting here, giggling there. I walked to my locker and grabbed my books. As I was about to close my locker door, a soft voice spoke. It was familiar, but since it has just been a week I barely knew everyone.
"A.. Amy..?" Nervousness was obvious in her tone.
A cute girl wearing blue glasses. Her outfit was a cute blue ruffled blouse and white jeans was standing beside me.
"Hey, come close. I don't bite." I joked. She giggled and started..
"Could you be my lab partner at chem time?" Her eyes held hope.
"Oh sure! I thought you were lab partners with Sam?" Her eyes grew cold at the sound of Sam's name. gosh. Why hate her angelic face?
"No.. I'm never. By the way, I'm Drew!" She offered me her hand to shake.
"Oh! Yes! I know." I shook her hand and made our way to the classroom.

I took my seat in between Jordan and Laura.
"Goodmorning Amy!" Laura chirped and batted her eyelashes. Oh! look how gorgeous she looks! I am never close near her image.
"Goodmorning Lau!" I grinned. Vanessa came shrieking and in a matter of seconds, both of them were already laughing their hearts out. Bestfriends. I smiled and turned to my right.
"Hi Jordan!" I sat there looking at him hoping he would say something.
"Amy! I'm sorry about the incident last Saturday.." He smiled apologetically.
"You don't need to apologize Joradan."

First two subjects went pretty fast and soon enough, it was already recess time.
"Hey! Is anyone waiting for you outside or you wanna eat snacks with me?" Jordan asked eagerly.
As much as I want to say yes, I want him to trust me and open up to me. I want to be his friend since he's not the talkative type, he's what other people say as boring but if you come to know him better.. He's not. But I still have company. Andrea doesn't like her time with me being divided with anyone or anything else. I released my hand from his hold and smiled sincerely.
"I love to. But Andrea's... I don't.. know..." I looked down and kept my gaze away from him.
"Hey, it's fine! It's no big deal. See you around then!" He patted my head and headed through the door.
crap. crap. crap.
"Amy dear!!" Before I could utter a word, Andrea pulled me into a tight hug and gave me peck on the cheek.
"Missed you for two days sissy!" She winked.
"I know you do."
We found a spot at the cafeteria and sat down with only Blueberry cheesecake and a can of pineapple juice in hand. I sat across Andrea and having quite a view. I saw what everyone was doing. Eating, chatting, some flirting? What the Hell! I was just eating peacefully when I saw someone waving at me. Yes, at me. Since no one was behind me so I assume it's me. I saw who it was and I immediately waved back. Matt. He was sitting with Austin, the gamer guy in our class. Jonas, the music minded buddy and Jordan, my awesome friend.
Amy? Seriously? Awesome?
Andrea noticed and looked to the direction where my hand was waving. She chuckled.
"Andrea? What?" She's weird.
"Sorry, he's cute by the way." What? Who? I'm sure it's Matt.
"Matt?" I asked her.
"No silly.. that guy.. the one beside Jonas!" Jordan. She was refering to Jordan
. "Oh. Jordan." I somehow felt uneasy, I don't know why. I don't like Jordan. Not 'that' way.
"Everything cool?" Andrea asked, concern evident in her tone.
"Cool" I shrugged.
Chemistry is up next. It's lab day today and we headed to the fourth floor where the chem lab is located. Our teacher, Sir. Vincent opened the door and instructed us to find our places and sit with our partners. Drew smiled whole heartedly at me.
"So.. let's start with the crystalines." She started explaining and I followed her orders. It took us 45 minutes to finish our specimen.
"Hey.. Drew, can I ask you something?" I looked at her with seriousness written all over my face.
"Anything" she nodded quickly.
"What's going on between Jordan and Sam?" Her emotion suddenly turned.. confused. Confused whether to tell me or not. A moment of silence.
Drew finally spoke "I'm sorry Amy.. But it's not my story to tell."
"Oh. it's fine Drew.. It's no big deal." I flashed her a sincere smile.

The day went fast.. Lunchtime.. Then three more subjects. Jordan and I chatted most of the time, spare time. He has a good sense of humor though! Any girl would fall for him.
I scurried to my locker right after classes. I walked down the halls leading to the open spaced parking lot. I was still going to wait for Andrea at the parking lot for I don't know how long. I spotted a familiar face leaning against a black car. Jordan. Did I tell you he looks gorgeous out in the afternoon sun.. The way he runs his fingers through his hair, messing it sexily. Wow. Earth to Amy!! I am way too deep in thoughts!
"Jordan.. so.." I cleared my throat. I just stared at his light brown eyes.
"Amy.. about Saturday... Sam.. I... I.." He stammered.
"Jordan, what about it?"
He let out a long and heavy sigh before speaking up..
"Sam and I used to be an item."
Hurt clear in his eyes. Really? That's why he's bitter? Why did they break up? She seems nice.
"She was the only girl I loved besides my mom.. I gave her my time, my love.. I thought we were deeply inlove. What I never knew was that she never loved me back and she only used me to get to Matt.."
The corner of his eyes were begining to get teary. He's clearly broken. I was at loss of words for that moment and I didn't know what to say, I haven't been in a relationship before. So I did what my instincts told me. I pulled him in a tight hug. He smells good. Amy!! Focus!! I didn't say anything and so did he. Instead, since he is way taller than me, he bent down and hugged me back.
"Thank You... Amy" He whispered.
