why?

okay this is part rant part question.

so we all know that school is based around fact and most schools don't let you have discussions or ask to many questions. my teacher was actually talking about how school has been proven to kill creativity. breakthrough. science shows that school.kills. creativity.

another part of this. i learned more in my visit to south Dakota then in my entire week of school. and the weird part? i remember it. i could tell you when they built Mount Rushmore, who built it how long, and all that jazz, but i cannot tell you how many were murdered in the boston massacre. or when it happen or literally anything about it. except that the British fired because the Americans were taunting them.BUT i can tell you who wrote the federalist papers, how long it took them, who wrote how many letters, who killed Alexander Hamilton and all that. (only because i recently got addicted to the Hamilton musical) so why can't we learn by going places, experiences, and listening to musicals? huh?

yeah sorry i got fustrated that i have to go to school tomorrow.
