"Can you tell it again? I'm too nervous for that, I will start stuttering." Mitch confessed.
"I will, but I'll need you to hold my hand," Scott replied.
Mitch couldn't help but smile. "Okay, let's go."
Mitch wanted to grab Scott's hand, but his boyfriend pinned him against the wall and started making out with him. God, this was hot.
"Scott," Mitch tried to speak in between the kisses. "Stop!"
"What?"
"What?! Well, what if someone comes in and catches us? Have you thought of that?"
Scott smirked. "Doesn't that make it more... exciting?"
Mitch understood what he meant and smiled seductively. "Okay... It does," he admitted.
They continued kissing, and felt like two school boys doing something forbidden, risking to get caught. Adrenaline and excitement warmed up their bodies.
"Okay, we really have to go back now, before they start wondering where we are," Mitch said, interrupting once more.
"Okay..." Scott agreed slightly unwillingly, but then he reminded what they were about to do. He grabbed Mitch's hand and said: "I'm ready."
The couple left the small dressing room and went into the other, bigger one, where everyone was getting ready.
Kevin already got dressed and was rehearsing his beatboxing part. Kirstie was also dressed, but she sat down with Nicole for her makeup to be done. Avi just got up from his chair, because his hair and makeup was finished, but he still had to get dressed. Candice showed him his clothes.
Scott cleared his throat to get everyone's attention. "Uhum... uh, hey guys."
Everyone looked up, from their faces to their intertwined hands, back to their faces. Frowns appeared on their own faces.
"Umm. We-uh, we gottatellyouguyssomething" Scott was a little more nervous than he thought he would be. There was just something nerve-wracking about announcing something this special to your close friends and co-workers.
"Sorry? What are you saying?" Kirstie asked, clearly confused.
"Scott, are you okay?" Nicole asked, lowkey worried, having analyzed Scott's nervous expression.
"Yeah... umm..." Scott rubbed his forehead and looked at his boyfriend, seeking for some help.
"We-uh have some news," Mitch added with a smile.
Kevin was about to get worried too, but the smile on Mitch's face changed that. "Okay... What's up, guys? Don't worry, just tell it," he said.
Mitch grabbed Scott's hand with his other hand too and looked at him again, slightly nodding, trying to comfort him. Go ahead, sweetheart, he said with his eyes.
Scott nodded too and looked at everyone in the room. He took a breath, lifted his shoulders and said: "Mitch and I are together."
"Haha, very funny! Great acting you guys! I almost believed you actually were about to tell us something serious," Avi said laughing, proud that he didn't fall for their prank.
The rest just silently stared at the boys, watching their reaction to Avi's, needing time to process this situation.
"Avi, we are serious," Mitch said with a quiet voice, a little offended, and then to Scott: "I told you they wouldn't believe us."
