Chapter 9

Okay I'm so sorry I had no time to continue the story and I had so many things goimg on and I'm just sorry.. Anyways, I'm going to try to write a chapter every week but I can't promise I would do that.

So here you go, chapter 9!

They all were sitting around the table, quietly. Harru couldn't stop look at Selena and how beautiful she was, but she, she didn't even care about him. At least that was what Harry thought. Blake saw the way he looks at Selena, and he couldn't be angrier. He knew Selena loved him, but he couldn't risk it amd make her think about going back to Harry.

"Why are you all so quiet suddenly?" Adriana asked and looked at everyone.

"Because we are waiting for our food to come." Selena said raising her eyebrows. She looked at Harry and then at Blake in confusion.

"So Harry, what are you doing for your living?" Blake suddenly asked Harry as their waitress came with their food.

Harry thought for a moment if he should lie or if he should tell the truth. He decided to go with the truth. "I'm not working at the moment. I'm writing a few songs right now and hopefully I will be able to become a song writer." He said and started eating. "Mate, you should let me hear or at least read your songs someday." Casper said and shoved Harry's arm.

Everyone was eating which made the dinner be really quiet. The awkward kind of quiet.

Harry looked at Blake and saw his nervous look. He knew something's wrong. "What is wrong Blake? You looke nervous." Harry suddenly said while he finished eating.

"Nothing serious." Blake said nervously as he looked at everyone, making sure everyone finished eating. He got up fro his chair and moved the chair to the side. He took Selena's hands and sat on one of his knees. "Babe... My only love.." He stopped. He looked her in the eyes and saw how shine they were, and then he looked at Harry and saw the broken look he had in his eyes.

"Although I only know you for a few months, I can feel the connection we have, I somehow feel that you are the one for me, the one I want to spend my whole life with. I want to give you this promise ring, to make sure that once you'll finish studying in the university, you'll be mine forever." Blake looked at everyone and saw how shocked they were. He took out the ring from his jeans pocket and put it on Selena's finger.

Selena looked at him in total shock, but she was happy. Right after he put it on her finger, she kissed him and felt a few tears streaming down her face.

Harry couldn't looked at them, he was broken. He thought that he woild be able to win her again, but he clearly wasn't. Blake won him. "Excuse me, but I have to go. I forgot I need to finish the song until tomorrow." He said and got up from the chair and stormed out of the restaurant.

And just then, Selena realized he had nowhere to be, he just couldn't take it anymore. "Babe, I'm tired, can we please go home?" Selena asked Blake as she put her head on his shoulder. "Sure, princess. Just let me pay." He said as he calles the waitress to bring them the check.

"What the hell just happened here?" Adriana asked Casper. "Why did Harry storm out of here?" She looked at him, forrowing her eyebrows.

"I don't know, dear. You gotta ask him. Do you want to come with me to his place? You'll get the chance to meet him!" He exclaimed as he looked at Blake paying.

"Love, we are going home. Talk to me tomorrow." Adriana told Selena and hugged her. Selena hugged her back and got up from the chair, wating for Blake to get up as well. One he got up, they went to the car together.

Adriana went with Casper to his car, quietly. She waited for him to say something, but he didn't say a word. "Are you gonna talk or do I need to start talking?" She asked him once they both were inside of the car. "Oh yeah I'm sorry, I'm just thinking about what happened." He said and started the car. He didn't really know the way to Harry's house because he was new, so Adriana helped him.

Once they reached to his building, they got into the elevator and pressed on the 8th floor button. Adriana didn't know what she would see there, if she should go there. But all she wanted was to get to know her best friend's ex boyfriend.
