Part 3

Rapunzel's POV 

Dad, Mum, Eugene and I are sitting round the lunch table. All morning everyone's been going, "Your hair, Princess or I like what you have done to your Miss or Rapunzel, I liked your hair better when it was brown, you looked so much like your Mother." 

It's getting on my nerves although I don't show it. I can heal people again when I sing the song which is good, but I am constantly worrying why it or has gone back blonde. 

Hiccup POV

I was in the dragon academy getting really angry. Snotlout and Astrid were arguing, Ruffnut and Tuffnut were hitting each other and Fishlegs was calming Meatlug down from all the noise they were making. I tried to call Toothless so I would get there attention by making him blast a fire bolt, but he couldn't hear me. Then I lost it and shouted at the top of my voice, 

"SHUT UP!" 

While I waved my hands toward the ground. Then suddenly the ground cracked just enough for everyone except Meatlug to fall though the crack. By now everyone was quiet now and surprised at what I just did. Then I fainted because I was so shocked.

Astrid's POV.

Everyone was quiet at Hiccups out burst. We all had bruises from the ground cracking under our feet. I knew Hiccup has something to do with it. I climbed out of the crack so I could help everyone up. I noticed, that Hiccup was on the ground, knocked out, so I helped Snotlout up so then he could help everyone else up.

Toothless was by Hiccup sniffing him when I went over to him and as of on cue he woke up.

Hiccup POV 

I woke up to find Toothless and Astrid over me.

"I just...I just made the ground crack" I stuttered and I sat up with a headache which probably would annoy me for the next hour.

"Hey, lets get you home." Astrid said helping up onto my feet.

Jack's POV

I told Merida that we would go to Berk next because I thought she might like to see the Viking that will be joining us.

"What makes you think that Frosty?"

"Your bow and arrows, hairball"

I opened the portal with the globe and we stepped though to Berk. The first thing we see is a lot of people arguing with each other and one boy, who doesn't look like a Viking at all standing by a board trying to get them to be quiet. Suddenly he cracks the ground and everyone one falls onto the crack, apart from him and an ugly dragon. What! Dragons are here! I am surprised that dragons live here, last I knew they fought them.

"Well I guess that's him." Said Merida excitement rising in her voice. 

Merida's POV 

He wasn't what I was expecting but he just broke up a argument by making the floor crack.

Then he fainted, I guess, it was the first time he did it. Maybe it happened because he was chosen to be a guardian. I wonder if I have any powers too.

A dragon and a girl came up to him and helped him up, they started to come towards us. We got ready to move then the girl saw us so we starred at them instead.

Hiccup's  POV 

"Hey, look, there is a girl and a weird looking boy." Said Astrid. "Hey, you come here!"

They come toward us. The girl has frizzy hair and is holding her bow like she is about to get it ready. The boy is holding a staff but more cool about the fact we have noticed them.

"Astrid you can let go now, I feel much better." I say so I can look more interdependent. Besides I only fainted.

"No way. I don't want you falling over."

"Ok, I will hold onto Toothless." I let go and hold on to Toothless.

"Hi, I am Jack Frost and this is Merida" Said Jack while making a snowflake in his hand to prove what he said was true.

"I don't care who you are. Why are you on Berk?" Asked Astrid. I think she is a bit embarrassed that they saw her arguing woth Snotlout.

"Your friend here has been chosen to be a guardian." Said Jack smoothly back. I have read about guardians but I thought they were a myth.

"Your not doing anything with Hiccup, he needs to say here. I am going to get his Father." Astrid said and with that she just walked away. 

"Sorry, about Astrid..." I started to say.

"Ya name is Hiccup!" Said Merida in surprise.

"Yeah, awful right." I said.

"I know it's like the worst name ever!" Said Snotlout as walking past.

"Unlucky, but whether ya name is Hiccup or not, ya need to come with us." Said Merida.

"Hiccup is not going anyway, he is the heir to Berk!" Said my Dad from behind. That's was quick he must have been very near. Probably was on the way to see what the racket was about earlier.

"I am the Princess to Dunbroch and I still came." snapped back Merida. I didn't know she was a princess! "Look you might be the chief and all but he has been chosen to be guardian so he has to come with us and he will be back to be the next chief, right Jack?!"

"Well...Erm...being a guardian is more of a forever thing." Jack said while scratching his neck.

I didn't know what to think, I didn't want to leave Berk, but a chosen guardian has no chose but to be one. Has no chose...I have to go whether I like it or not.

While they are arguing with my Dad to let me go, I climb on Toothless and fly off so think what I want to do.

Jack's POV

I suddenly realize Hiccup is not here anymore. So I say "Merida you stay here to try and get him to come. I will go and look for the next guardian. If we don't get back tomorrow North will be cross with me"

Before Merida can ask me any questions I open a portal and go to Corona.
