Ava's P.O.V
About five minutes after the boys had left, the conversation between myself and Sky had died down, so I decided that this would be the time that I talked to her about why she looked so miserable earlier on.
"Sky." I spoke softly, knowing she would probably still have a killer headache.
"What's up Ava?" She looked up from her phone, looking slightly confused.
"I was just wondering why you weren't very excited earlier on when I told you we could still go to the concert." She looked away from me and her facial expressions made it seem like she was having an argument with herself. After a minute or so she finally answered with a blank expression, "It's erm...nothing. My head just erh...was hurting." Skylar had never been good at covering up a lie, I chuckled and replied "I know you're lying Sky, now tell me what's really on your mind.""Ugh, well I don't know how to say it without sounding. Well I don't know, like I'm moaning?" She looked at me making sure I was paying full attention to her, before she carried on. "Basically, it's stupid but I feel like Brad is avoiding me. And I mean he just looks, well not himself. It's not like we personally know him or anything but he doesn't seem very happy, I think It might be because of us. Well actually, me." She looked down to her lap where she was playing with her hands.
"Sky, I have noticed Brad's odd behaviour too. I don't think it has anything to do with you, he hasn't spoke to you enough to be upset with you and you haven't done anything to upset him. So chill out, you're over thinking things." I spoke softly to her, I do understand her though. Brad seemed distant from the group and didn't look very happy, it could be anything though.
"Thanks Avs, you really know how to make me feel better." Sky smiled slightly and gave me a hug, then returning to where she was sat crossed legs on the couch.
Skylar's P.O.V.
Ava always knows how to make me feel better and I don't understand how she does it.I had just returned to my seat after giving Ava a hug, crossing my legs on the couch like I normally do. We were sat in a comfortable silence, until the boys burst through the door in loud conversations. They looked so happy, it made me smile knowing how much they loved performing and how happy it made them, even Brad had cheered up after looking miserable earlier on.
Joe and Dean were still on the stage talking which made me feel slightly more comfortable, It's not that I dislike them I just feel like they are always watching over us, maybe I'm just paranoid. My trail of thought was cut off when I heard a door slam shut, I looked around the room to see who had left, seeing that myself, Ava, Tristan and Brad were the only ones left in the room. "Great" I thought.
Straight after the bang of the door Tristan had moved to sit on the couch next to Ava, just as I thought he would. That left a space next to me or the two seats by the dressing table for Brad to sit, to my surprise Brad made his way over to the couch sitting between Tristan and I. Ava and Tristan were in conversation while Brad and I sat in complete silence, every now and then Brad turned towards me ever so slightly as if he was going to say something but then returned to his natural position. Five minutes had passed and boredom had taken over me so I pulled out my phone and stuck my earphones in once again, I was tempted to put on my playlist of The Vamps however I decided on listening to a bit of Ed Sheeran to pass the time.
After some time, James and Connor returned carrying bags in their hands. Before anyone asked what they had brought, the smell of chips filled the air. "Food!" Tristan jumped up in excitement causing everyone to laugh. "We didn't know what you girls would like, but everyone likes chips, right? You do like chips don't you?" Connor asked worried. "Of course we like chips Connor, who doesn't!" Ava spoke up.
When we had finished our food Ava sent a text to her dad letting him know that we have had food and that we are okay, he replied letting us know that the car wasn't doing too well. We were clearing away the left overs when the door had opened again, expecting it to be Joe or Dean I decided not to lift my head.
That was until I heard Ava gasp, I lifted my head quickly thinking that something was wrong, instead I saw McFly right in front of us. The boys casually said hello to the members of McFly like it was an everyday thing, but I guess when you have been on tour with them it would become normal. Ava had stayed sat down like myself as we had no idea what to do, that's when I heard a voice ask "So who are these two lovely ladies then?" I lifted my head once again to see that the question had come from Danny. Before either myself or Ava could say our names James had jumped in saying "This is Ava and Skylar, they are just joining us for tonight." Then he explained about how we met, the car crash and everything.
Once the story of how we met the boys was over, we all had a group photo which was taken by Dean, meaning it would be a good quality picture which made me happy . The guys from McFly had left soon after to do their sound check, leaving me, Ava and The Vamps in the back room. Ava returned to the couch with the biggest smile on her face, this was one of the best days ever and the concert hadn't even begun yet.
