When the son left the room to use the bathroom Alec grabbed the knife on the dresser next to him. He began cutting away at the rope. He was free. He tiptoed to the door. He hid against the wall this was when the son came in he wouldn't see him. A few minutes later The Son came back. When he opened the door Alec jumped out and stabbed The Son repeadilly until he was dead. Alec ran out of the door and ran towards the stairs. One of their cats had been lying on one of the steps and Alec tripped on it and tumbled down the stairs. The cat awoke and began to attack Alec. Before Alec even had time to stab the cat it had made scratches all over his legs. Alec ripped the cat off his legs and ran towards the back door. Avoiding their other cats because he sure didn't want to get attacked again. When he opened the door The Man and Woman were right there.
