I decided that I was going to let go of everything and not worry anymore. August has reassured me time after time that things were okay and I believed him.

I went downstairs into the living room where Dex was and walked and stood in front of the Tv.

"Man, Mia move girl! She bout to beat his ass!" He yelled. He was was watching an episode of Jerry so I could understand his excitement.

"And I'm about to beat yo ass if you don't get yo feet off of my table." I responded as I pushed his feet off of the coffee table.

"Oh so it's your table now? " he started chuckling.

"I'm happy you and yungin finally getting serious. And he'll you still here so I'm assuming he told you everything after y'all lil convo upstairs." He said as he nonchalantly ate his chips.

I was baffled at his statement. What was he talking about? Instead of asking him to elaborate I decided to play along.

"Yeah I didn't wanna hold that against him you know? People make mistakes everyday. And he was honest so I forgave him."

"True but getting his ex pregnant? That's messed up mane. But I guess it's a good thing you were able to forgive him."

"Dex yo ass still here?" said August as he walked in.

I couldn't believe what he just told me. A baby? With Nina? When the fuck did this shit happen. I became extremely pissed off. I grabbed the remote and turned the tv off before standing abruptly.

"You got that Bitch pregnant?"

August looked confused and shocked at what I said and was clearly thrown off from it based on his expression.

"Mia please let me explain."he grabbed my hands but I quickly pushed him away.

"When did this happen August? And I want an answer now!" I was beyond furious but more hurt. I was hoping that he would be the one. He was there for me during my break up with Scott and through everything

"We got together and had a few drinks and.."

Before he could even finish I through the remote at him. Tears began to come down.

"So that's your excuse for cheating nigga! Why lead me on during that if you wanted to fuck with her? I balled my fist as I began to cry.

"You know what.. I just need to get away for a while. And don't bother texting or calling me."

I brushed passed him causing him to fall into the couch. "Aye you just gonna leave in his robe and all?" asked Dex.

"Fuck you, Dex." I grabbed my keys off of the counter and stormed off.

Just when I thought I had things all figured out, then shit like this happens. Dex was suppose to be my homie. And this nigga sold me out.

"Dex yo what the fuck man? You suppose to be my boy, my brother!" I yelled.

"Look Aug, mane.. I thought you told shorty." He responded as he held his head down.

"Well I didn't! I was gonna tell ha after I got the results back. It's all yo fault. You can bounce yo ass out my crib." I said.

He looked at me shocked and surprised but stood up to leave. But before he left he had a few things to say.

"My fucking fault? Is you for real my nigga?"
