The Next Night
Nurse's Office
Lucy's P.O.V
Stupid Ayato, does he know how hard it was to cover those hickeys. Wait, stupid me, I let him. We didn't do anything last night but this morning was the opposite. "Lucy" I turned to see Ayato.
"Ayato-kun, why are you always skipping? You come here every day just to do things...."
"I don't want to go to class."
"So you came here to do what?"
"What do you think?"
"Oi, do you want help or not?"
"After today," He said as he pulled me closer to him. From the corner of my eyes, a student walked in and knocked on the door.
"Yes," I backed away from Ayato, who shook his head.
"See you later, Nurse-chan" He left for his class. I looked at the student only to see that the person had been Subaru.
"Oh Subaru-kun, how may I help you?" That expression, was it because of what he saw?
"I have a headache." He sat down on one of the beds and I walked up to him.
"How bad is it?" He lightly shook his head. I looked at him. "Aspirin?" He nodded. I gave him the medicine. He took it before we sat in silence for five minutes before he spoke.
"Lucy, I like you." I looked at him.
"Subaru-kun?"
"Nevermind."
"You shouldn't hide your feelings you know." He blushed as I looked at him in his eyes. "It's not good for you. "
"Okay," Subaru and I talked about many things and didn't really do much today. I was happy to have a friend in this whole situation I was in and maybe a person who I can trust fully. I smiled as he smiled at me.
Two and a Half Months Later
Normal P.O.V
"Lucy," Lucy turned around a looked at the lavender-haired man, and smiled. He had been coming to her room for two months and a half every day. It made her happy and little did she know, him as well.
"Subaru-kun" He smiled at her as she wrapped her arms around his waist.
"I'm glad to see that you missed me." Subaru looked at her lips then back at her whole face and seen her staring directly at him. "Just one kiss is all it would take to make me go crazy for you." She looked at him in his eyes before she let her emotions overrun her and kissed him. Subaru kissed her back with a blush on his face. The two backed away before he rested his head against her's.
"This is dangerous, what we are doing?"
"Are you that afraid of disappointing Ayato, Lucy?"
"Of course but I-"
"It's fine, he swore off you."
"Subaru-kun" She smiled at him.
Ayato watched as the two kissed again and felt his heartbreak. "I am not disappointed in you, Lucy. " He started to clench his fist but let it go. "I love you."
