You really enjoyed these moments with him.

The two of you would sit in absolute silence, hunched over the thick books the treasure trove of the Royal Library would offer.

Very rarely did the two of you exchange any words. And you were more than okay with that. Simply being allowed and accepted in Leo's presence was more than enough.

Sometimes Leo would take a break in his studies to share his new-found knowledge with you. And you would give him your utmost attention, agreeing when necessary and disagreeing when you thought appropriate.

"[Y/N]?"

You lifted your head at the call of your name. Brushing your bangs from your face, you focused your large [e/c] eyes upon the second Prince.

"Yes? What is it Prince Leo?"

His dark eyes briefly fluttered downwards for a second, before returning to focus on you. Without breaking eye contact, he slid something towards you from across the table.

It was a folded piece of parchment.

You raised an eyebrow; slightly confused, yet curious. You looked back at the prince, silently asking him what he wanted you to do with this. The slight gesture of his head told you that he wanted you to open it. You did so, and as you read the prince's elegant penmanship, you felt your face beginning to burn.

"I like you."
