" Aria, I think we should, umm... sit down." He says, as we all sit at a little picnic table. She sat down in front of us, looking confused. " Aria, this is my wife. We got married yesterday, and this is our honeymoon. " David says, as Aria looked at him then to me in shock. " why didn't you tell me and the others. You didn't even invite us! Did you just forget about us?!" She yells " No!" Yell David " then what? What made you not tell us?" She says, folding her arms over her chest. " Because mom and dad didn't approve and said they weren't coming. So I decided to not invite my family. Cause I didn't want them starting something." David says, as Aria became silent. " I'm sorry. It's just, we're a family David. You're my best friend and you not telling this to me makes me feel like you've forgotten me. You're my brother, and I should be the one judging her to make sure she's the right one for you." She says, looking at me, and saying " I mean she looks like a lost puppy David " " I know, she looks like she doesn't know what's going on " David jokes as I say " You do realize I'm right here, listening to every word right? " they both laugh, as I smile at them. " well congrats David, I'll let you be." She says as David nods. Before she took off, I said " Wait! " Aria turned around to me and says " yes?" I look at David and he looked a bit embarrassed for forgetting to tell her she has a nephew. " I for got to tell you something else lol sis." He says, as she waits, with her eyebrow raised. " what is it." David took a deep breath and said really fast. You'reanauntandi'msorryididnttellyou!! PLEASE DONT HURT ME" he says flinching. I roll my eyes as she looks at him confused. " what? " she says. He breathes and says " you're an aunt Aria. "
She looks at him, completely dumbfounded. She stares between us, her mouth slightly open. " wait so.. you... you two" she says trying to get the words out. We nod our heads as she continues to struggle." And you, and... wow, I'm so..." " sooo?" David says mimicking her. She takes a deep breath and grins saying " I'm an aunt!!" She hugs us both saying " thank you for giving me the opportunity. But I'm coming to visit so give your address and where you live. I have to go. See you soon." She walks off, as David breaths out. I look at him with a quizzical look. " are you ok?" I ask, trying not to giggle. " I'm fine, I thought she was gonna punch me. So I held my breath. " I laugh as we go off to spend a relaxing day together.
" Wow, my hero!" I say sarcastically as he rolled his eyes with a grin. " Sorry that my sister is unusually frightening." He replies. I giggle as say " I'm sure she is."
As our day finally comes to an end, we make our way to our reserved place. Everything was so marvelous. Life couldn't get any better, yet it did. We hit many patches but, we came back in the end. Just hope it all lasts, cause seeing everyone happy, gives me the strength to keep going. I couldn't do without my family. What can possibly go wrong?!
