" hurry up Ty "! David whisper yells. " I'm coming! Gosh! Hold your freaking tits will ya "! I whisper yell back. We're currently rushing for our lives to get to the doctors appointment. I swear, he's more excited than I am about this. I had to cut my beauty sleep short, so therefore, I'm in the worst mood. I mutter profanities as I walk out into the barely rising sun and walk to the car.
Stupid delinquent bastardized evil person!! Waking me up so early! Who the hell does he think he is?! Oh.... Right 🤔.
We pulled up into the parking lot of the doctors office. I slowly but surely make my way over, making sure to barely move just to piss David off.
He gives me a death glare, knowing exactly what I'm trying to do. So, to make him even more pissed I smirk devishly at him. Right when I made that move, you practically saw steam coming out of his ears.
" calm down lover boy, I'm just playing ". I say, walking in. He mutters incoherent words, as he enters the building himself.
Once I'm all signed in, David and I wait patiently in the waiting room. Well, I waited patiently, while David was playing with the blocks and toys in the corner saying profanities, while violently placing the Legos together and stacking them up. Wow, so much for a mature husband.
I chuckle while I watch him play, or more like almost break the shit out of them, until I heard my name.
" Ms. Delgado "? A pretty nurse calls out as David shot up, running passed the nurse as she looks a little confused as to what just ran in.
" sorry for my crazed animal, he's just a little impatient and excited at the moment ". I say sweetly as she chuckles and says " it's alright, follow me ".
" really, now I'm a crazed animal "? David whisper yells to me as I say " well you did run passed her like a crazy animal would to catch its prey ". I say as he had noting to defend himself. I smirk in triumph, as we walk into a room and I sit on the little bed they have as she starts asking questions that she needs before politely leaving us be, as the doctor will be in shortly.
David's tapping was echoing in the quiet room. As I was about to yell at him to shut the fuck up, the doctor came in and I smile sweetly as she says " well, Ms. Delgado, it's certainly nice to see both of you again. So, you're here to find out the gender "? She asks as I reply " yes ma'am ! Please before the crazed animal delinquent starts cursing at Legos again ". As David looks at me with evil in his eyes and the doctor laughs and says " well, then, let's get started ". She says as she starts getting the job done.
" Well, any predictions before I tell you "? She says as David and I say at the same time " boy "! I say , " girl "! David says, as we glare at each other. " boy "! I said again as he says " it's a girl! And that's just it "! He says as I say " you know what's just it? My foot in your mouth "! I say as the doctor chuckles and says " you guys are to cute, but... It's a.......
We got home in one peace, as I sit in the passenger seat looking at the ultrasound pictures. Once I get home, I'm taking a freaking long nap! And that's just it!
It's a beautiful day today. The sun is shining bright as ever, the wind is blowing slightly as the trees sway a little. The sky is blue, not a cloud in the sky, to demolish it's beautiful blue surface.
We walk into our home as we see many people from home and work. " surprise "! They say lightly, cause, well.... We don't want a child on the ground do we?
" Guys, what's all this "?! I say, smiling brightly as Emma grabs ahold of my wrist and says " It's your baby shower! Of course we don't know what gender it is, but your baby does deserve to be celebrated for getting closer and closer to being in the world ". I smile wider as I hug her, Christian and everyone, to thank them for everything.
" alright, so since we don't know the gender, we decided to get a cake with a blue color on the inside for boy and on the other half its pink for girl. So, we're going to give every one a piece of cake, and we're going to face the color of the inside down, so when Tyler and David give somebody the color of either blue/pink that will be the gender, so let's get to it "!! ( if you didn't get anything I said, basically everyone will get the same color inside the cake, except for one. So when they say ' turn over your cakes to see the color, and the person who got a different color from everybody else, that will be the gender of both Tyler and David's baby ).
" Alright, so Tyler has passed out all the cakes! Alright in three...two...one...TURN "!! Emma yells as everyone turns there cakes over ". I smile as I look at my moms expression as she looks up at me with tears in her eyes. She walks over to me, with tears in her eyes and hugs me tightly.
" I'm so proud "! She says as Emma and Christian look at the color of the cake. Emma gets back in front of every body and says loudly, making her voice echo throughout mine and David's house. " ITS A BOY "!!!!
Everyone cheers as they congratulate David and I. We say our thank you's as we continue the baby shower.
" bye, thank you for coming "! I say, to the last people to leave from the baby shower. " well, I'm tired ". Emma says, as she free falls onto the sofa, sighing. I smirk as I do the same, but more gently and carefully as David eyes me closely as I do so. Such an over dramatic toddler! I can take care of my self, thank you very much.
"So, how was your night? I didn't push it did I, I mean, I didn't even ask you if you wanted a baby shower or anything ". Emma says, a bit scared, like I'm going to rip her eyeballs out.
Wow, am I that hormonal?
" I loved it! And it's all part of the surprise thing, why would I be mad for you just trying to make me happy ". I say, smiling widely as she smiles back and says " oh thank the heavens! I thought it was an invasion of space in your own home "! She says as I chuckle and say " no way! My home is your home ". I say as she hugs me and says " well, we better get to sleep, don't want to miss that movie tomorrow "! She says as I nod and reply " oh! I almost forgot about that! Well, good night honey buns "! As David and I walk to our ' for-now-bedroom.
" goodnight my crazy soon to be wife ". David chirps, kissing the top of my head. I smile slightly and say goodnight back, and we both snuggle up together, as we fall asleep to welcome in our dreams.
