Note: Will leads them to Headquarters and a mistake is made.

(Kimber's POV)

As we entered through the hidden door at the back of the barn, I could see stairs spiraling downward.

Since Mason was 5 paces behind me I called for me to catch up.

"Coming!" Mason replied back. Canis and Lilly growled at the pitch dark stairs leading down below. Mason called Lilly back into his mark so Canis didn't have to worry about his pup.

Barkly, Leo and I began running down the winding staircase. As we made it to the bottom, I slammed from into Barkly.

She was staring at the crowd of elements roaming in the underground building. The building itself was rectangular, and the floor was brown like dirt. The cieling towered high above, so much I couldn't see where it ended. Military like vehicles were spread apart on the flooring, Some of the dirt like floor was hollowed out and filled with both fresh and saltwater. All around there were trees growing in patches.

Elemental buildings tend to have things that represent the elements. I guess the light is hard to come by so no shifting is allow.

To my left was another spiraling staircase but straight ahead was a dark and foreboding hallway.

I then turn my focus to the people that were running back and forth. One called out orders, and a few had animals by their sides.

Someone walked towards us as Mason finally caught up with the group.

The person was a water element or mermaid, she had deep blue eyes, pale skin, and black curly hair. Her damp green seaweed dress suggested she had previously been in water. That and she wasn't wearing shoes. Her pink pearl necklace suggest that she was a higher ranking agent than I was.

"Hello" her voice was as soft as silk and sounded like she sang with every syllable. I found this to be weird, but it's actually quite normal for mermaids and sirens. "My name is Pluvia (Pa-liv-ia), It means rain in Latin. And if you wish, you may call me rain, I won't mind." With a turn and a wave she motioned us to follow into the vast crowd of people and animals.

As we walked I realized that some people had marks, while others didn't. This usually meant that they were false spirit animals. The bond is real but the power that they can give is missing.

Rain lead us to a beautiful red brick room with all the elements. The walls were covered with flowers and vines and torches. A small pond was surrounded by stones and earth covered the flooring along with grass. I also spotted some pictures of animals, all the elements were present.

Rain spoke again. "This is your training area, where you can practice your fighting abilities and powers. As you can see," She pointed to the elements that decorate this room. "This room has all the possible elements that will aid you."

I raised my hand, not knowing if I can freely speak. It made me felt like I was a kid raising there hand for the teacher.

"Yes, Agent K?"

"The Light elements need the sun or moonlight, I see can that the dark element is fine for shifting but" I tried to finished but she cut me off.

"Mimics can shift if an animal that they are bonded to is present." She paused. "Oh, that reminds me, only spirit animals can be present in certain rooms. False animals is the only exception." She pointed and stared at Mason's wolf. With that she left us in the nearly darkening room. A false animal is another name for a false spirit animal. Like I said before the bond is real but the power that the animal can give is gone.
