your angel

Don't you think it hurt when you watched me fall from heaven and you just stood there ?
I attach the memory of my crippled wings to you never helping me
Yet when it clicked I came from heaven you came running
Of course , I mean no one would want to miss their blessing

In your eyes I was the epitome of sanctification
To you I was the quintessence of purity
Yet see how not once did you ask how my wings were
They never healed by the way

It's funny because they were your only hope to salvation
Right?
But you decided I was and not them

Silly silly boy
How did you expect us to fly out to the clouds if you didn't take care of your angel?
