Eight cupcakes

She throws her head back laughing "It's cheating, you are not ticklish and you are too strong" she said breathlessly. Arjun slip his large palm at the back of her neck, slowly pulling her closer, "I am ticklish baby you have to find the right spot" he whispered pressing a kiss on her cheek.

"You are stinky Princess go and shower" he laughed full throaty laugh and the sound of his laugh warmed Nishi to her core.

She loves him forever and ever and wants to hear that sound of laugh for rest of her life.

Arpita smiled at the two best friends, "God please make him realize that Nishi is his soul mate, they are made for each other."

Neel hugs her from behind and kissed her cheeks, "Arpita maa they look good together" he said keeping his chin on her shoulder.

"Yes son but Arjun is ignorant of his own love" she said "please go and get your Anand paa from our room."

"Sure maa" Neel walked away.

They all enjoyed the food which Nishi cooked, surely with the help of Nishika and later cake was served as a dessert.

"I called Navneet today and he is coming to Pune tomorrow and Nimmi is also coming," Anand said.

"That's great!!

Dad in hotel also things are getting worse. Staffs are always getting injured and who is doing this we are not getting any idea. Today a guest complained about theft." Arjun sigh'

"We need to find the culprit as soon as possible," Nishi said. They all continued with their discussion about the hotel.

"Nishika Cake was too good," Arjun kissed his princess Child giggled in response, "Daddy want to see your doll and book which your mumma got you today." Arjun picked her up walk inside his bed room.

Nishi helped Arpita in cleaning kitchen and after that she went to Arjun room. She smiled down at her daughter who was sleeping peacefully.

"Sleeping" Arjun murmured and got up from his bed. Nishi walk to Nishika and kissed her forehead "my baby is tired" she said stroking her cheek.

"She is going to be great a chef" he looked at his sleeping princess with smiled.

Nishi laughed and looked at him, "Arjun you remember your promise?" Arjun smiled and walk towards the French door which opens to a small garden, "let's go out" he gestured towards the garden.

"Give me 5 minutes" she said and walk to the kitchen.

Arjun was sitting on the side step of the French door when Nishi walks with the tray of 8 mini cupcakes.

"What's this?" he looked up and asked.

"Mini Cupcake" she said and placed the tray beside him.

"I can see that"

"Why eight?" he asked looking down at 8 flavored mini cupcakes, it reminded him of their childhood, Nishi and his mom used to make those 2 minute cake in the morning of his birthday and how Nishi use to wake him up, they were happy as a kid but time changed everything.

He patted the space beside him; she smiled and sat keeping the cupcake on the other side.

"Eight years, eight questions and eight cupcakes," she smiled.

You have to answer me, you can't skip any of my question, we missed eight year of our friendship," she took a deep breath and continued, "I know eight question is not enough but that way I would know what I missed in your life," pursing her lip she said.
