Prince

The whole dining hall was echoing with laughter after eight years full family was together Anand and Navneet family.

Neel pulled the cheek of Nishika and smiled "this little angel is new addition in our family else everything is same" he said taking Nishika on his lap."So my little angel is going to Mumbai with your Nimmi maa" he asked.

"Yes!!" Nishika sadly said, "Mommy I want to stay with you." She pouted looking towards Nishi.

"Aww!! My princess mama will soon come after finishing her work here." Nishi said softly.

"Nooooo' mommy"

"Nishika!! You know beta there are many toys of your mama and can play with them" Nimmi smiled and said.

"Really Nimmi maa" she turned towards Nimmi but her eyes were still on her Nishi mommy.

"Yes" Nishi nodded with big smile.

After finishing their dinner they all walk back to their room. They all are leaving for Mumbai except Arjun, Nishi and Neel.

Nishi walk towards her room and Nishika was trailing behind her. Nishi kneel down and lifted Nishika up in her arms.

"I promise I will soon come to Mumbai"

"Why Dadu is going to Mumbai?" Nishika asked sincerely.

"Dadu leg is not fine, doctor will check so your Dadu and Dadi are going with your Navneet paa, and its good naa you can stay in my home , in your mommy's room" Nishi try to convince her.

"Ok mommy but I will play with your toys" Nishika said with smile.

"Yes!! now get ready for bed." Both got ready, Nishi folded her leg Indian style and sat on bed and Nishika lay on her lap.

Nishi lovingly roam her hand on her soft silky hair.

"Mommy story" Nishika looked up from her lap and said.

Nishi tapped her finger on her chin"Umm.. which ...story...which story okk sleeping beauty, A king and queen's long-wished-for child," Nishi started narrating the story. Nishika smiled and looked at her mother "and then an evil fairy came and cursed the infant princess." Nishi continued and Nishika deeply looked at her mother with wide eyes "then what Mamma what will happen to sleeping princess."

"She can only be awakened after 100 years when a Prince will come and kiss her." Arjun said and walk inside his eyes never leaving Nishi. And then to her surprise he laid his head next to Nishika on her lap.

"Arjun?" Nishi tried to push him but he was adamant and strong he didn't moved at all.

"Mommy!! When my prince will come" Nishika asked.

Arjun laughed and looked at Nishika "princess your prince will come when you grow up" he said stroking her cheeks; his head was still on Nishi's lap.

"Grow up?" She asked confused.

"Umm..grow up like...a.... your mommy" he said with small smile.

"Oooo" she said and got up "then when your prince will come?" she asked Nishi her voice was low, she was looking expectantly at Nishi for answer.

Nishi try to push Arjun again this story is taking a wrong track she need to stop this now.

"Umm.. Princess Time to sleep, ask your daddy to go to his room."

"Mamma this is Daddy's room" Nishika innocently replied.

"Umm.. I mean ask your Daddy to go... to umm... guest room."

"Mommy!! Please tell me first when your prince will come" Nishika cupped Nishi's cheeks in her small palm and asked a small tear roll down her own cheeks.

"Soon!!" Arjun said and sat pulling Nishika on his lap.

"Why my princess is crying?" Kissing Nishika forehead he asked.

"Mommy will go with her prince" she sobbed clutching his shirt in her small fist.

"No!! Mommy is never going to leave us" he said taking Nishi's hand in his.

"He will hold her hand and never leave her or you." Arjun said looking down at Nishika

"He will stay with us daddy." Nishika asked rubbing her tears.

"He will stay with you and your mommy promise." Nishi eyes welled up with tears, her heart was beating louder in normal circumstances she would have hugged him and said she loves him and then like sleeping beauty they will live happily ever after but now they have to fight evil witch as in evil enemy before they live happily ever after.

"Arjun enough please" Nishi yelled.

"Why enough, Nishi?" He looked her and asked.

"Don't you want this? You don't want your dream to come true, the one dream which you have seen since we were..."

"Stop it!! Arjun please stop" she begged looking down at Nishika who was in shock now.

"Mommy no prince only you, me and daddy no prince" she laid on the bed "lets sleep mommy" she pulled Nishi hand and smiled.

Arjun moved away and stood up from bed he leaned in and kissed Nishika cheeks "Good night princess."

He moved little towards Nishi he tenderly rubbed his hand on her hair and smiled "my sleeping beauty, time to awake the love of my princess which is sleeping in her heart" he thought and walk out shutting the door behind him.

Nishi I know what I'm asking you to do is dangerous but we have to do this for our hotel and for Nishika.
