AUTHOR'S NOTE

I apologize for not updating in a loooonnnggg while. A LOT has happened.

VIXX came to where I live for a concert:) And there is a press conference the day before so I was busy the whole weekend.

For my exclusive fancams/pictures, you can find them on my fanpage VIXXATION on Instagram under the hashtag #vixxation20170217 for the press conference and #vixxation20170218 for the concert.

The weeks after that was packed full of assignments and mid-terms so I didn't even have time to sleep, let alone write.

But I'm finally a bit more free now, at least for today. Enough rambling though, let's get on to the fanfic!

Recap:

I pushed open the door and walked towards the stairs that lead downwards to the first floor. Just as I was about to walk down the steps, a hand reached out and grabbed my arm firmly, pulling me to a dark corner. I gasped as my forehead bumped into a hard chest.

Shaking with fright, I looked up to see who it was. There, in all his glory, with my palms on his chest and his arms around me, is Jung Taekwoon, his face inches from mine, giving me his signature smirk.

"Hey."He whispered.

MIA's POV

I blinked, and looked down at my hands resting on his chest and his arms around my waist. Heat rushed to my face and I pushed him gently, untangling our limbs.

"W-what are you doing here? I'm not even supposed to talk to you." I whispered, as I eyed our surroundings, fortunately, nobody seemed to be nearby. "Why not?" He whispered, resting his head against the wall with a ghost of a smile still lingering on his lips, clearly more comfortable than I am. "Because I'm a trainee. And trainees aren't supposed to interact with idols too much. And you know that!" I spoke in a hushed voice, slapping his arm gently in a scolding manner. His fingers came up to my face and lightly pinched my cheeks.

"I don't care about that rule, Mia." I pouted at him, unhappy that he was not taking me seriously. He released my cheek, and gently held my wrist. He pulled my hand, walking towards the hallway that leads into his studio. I hesitantly followed.

Why are we going to his studio? As if sensing my thoughts, he looked back and smiled.

"C'mon. I have something to show you."

I walked into his studio, the warm air instantly surrounding me. It looks the same as I first saw it, a bit messy but comfy. He walked towards the table which had a computer on it and a few pieces of paper. I glanced at his table, admiring the tiny cute models on the side.

"I wrote a song recently..." He trailed off, tapping his long fingers on the keyboard, focusing on the screen of the computer, "Can you listen to it and tell me what you think?" I smiled, my heart warming at how he cares about my opinion. "Well, I can tell you what I think, but brace yourself, I'm known to be brutally honest." A small smirk danced on his lips.

"Then give me your best shot." With a tap of his fingers, a faint melody filled the room. I closed my eyes, listening intently. A piano played softly in the background, then a voice captured my attention. It was gentle, going along with the music like soft waves washing on sand. It was melodic, capturing the sweet symphonies and rhythm. It was emotional, singing about the love of a boy and a girl, and how they met on the day of the first snowfall. The music gradually simmered down to a faint whisper. I opened my eyes, I didn't even realize I was smiling.
