Emma and Killian were walking back to her house when they felt a big gust of cold wind.

"What was that?" Emma blurted.

"Oh, Emma. I think you know." Said a mysterious voice she knew all to well.

They turned around, and there standing in the middle of the street, was a young boy, about 14 years of age with blonde hair.

"Devon? You haven't grown at all!?" Emma shouted.

"Don't get me started, but-" Devon was interupted.

"Excuse me if I'm ruining your little, um, reunion here, but who are you lad?" Asked Killian, annoyed.

"Well, I see you've met a friend Emma! Now, may I ask, what is your name lad?" Devon flared at Killian.

"But I asked you fir-" but before he finished his sentence, Killian was lifted in the air. Emma looked over to Devon, who was holding his hand in the air, like his was gripping something invisible. Killian started to make a choking sound, and Emma reacted quickly.

Emma threw her hands at Devon, and he was thrown back by powerful light magic.

Killian caught his breath, and as Devon got up, he rushed over and put his hand over Emma's stomach to protect their baby.

"Oh, Emma. I guess he's more than just a friend!" Devon smirked as he blasted dark magic at Emma, but she was quick to react. Pushing Killian out of the way, her magic clashed with Devon's, creating a big swirl of magic in the middle off the street. When Emma stopped, Devon cut back.

"Why are you acting like this!?" Screamed Emma.

"Things weren't always as they seemed. Oh, you'll see me again, Mrs. Swan. And we will be enemies, just like we were, so very long ago!" He waved his hand, and he was gone in a puff of blue smoke.

"What is he talking about, love?" Killian questioned.

"I-" Emma whispered, "I don't know."

Nine months later

There was a knock at the door. Killian went to open it. In the door way was a tear filled Snow White and an anxious Price Charming.

"What's wrong?" Killian questioned his father in law.

"It's Neal, he's gone missing. Snow was  putting him for a nap, and he just disappeared.

"I wish I could help you mate but Emma, she's uh-"

"Killian!"

"One sec, Charming." Killian rushed toward Emma, with Charming and Snow following close behind.

"Is everything okay, Emma?" Snow asked her daughter.

"Yeah, I'm just wondering how, uh, Neal disappeared?"

"He sort of poofed out of midair, in blue smoke." Answered Charming.

"Killian, Devon took him." Emma turned to her Mom and Dad, "I can't go with you, but try the well in the woods. He's sure to be there."

"Okay," Snow told Emma.

"You guys go, now!" Killian told them.

Snow and Charming left, but Killian and Emma had bigger problems to worry about. Their child.

"You need to take me to the hospital, Killian." Emma said suddenly.

"It's time?"

"Yes."

Killian carried Emma to the yellow bug, put her on the passenger side, and he sat behind the wheel.

"Uh, love, how do you work this?"

"I have a better idea," said Emma, and she teleported her and Killian to the front of the hospital. "Much better!"

They got into the hospital and were taken to Dr.Whale's room.

Snow and Charming are in the woods heading towards the well.

"I already lost Emma, and I'm not losing Neal!" Said a defiant Snow White.

"Looks like your worst nightmare may come true." Said Devon, as the Charmings approached the well.

"Get your hands off my son!" Shouted David, but as he pulled his gun out, Devon waved his hand in the air, and David and Snow White froze. Devon held Neal in his arms.

"Since you two refuse to ever cooperate, I'm afraid I won't either. See, little Neal here will be sent to a world without magic. New York, the same place Emma's daughter will be heading right after she's born."

"Just breathe, Emma." Doctor Whale says calmly.

A few minutes later, you could hear the cries of a baby girl being swaddled in a blanket.

"What shall we name her?" Killian asked Emma.

"Maylen."

"It's perfect!" Killian told her as he looked into his daughter's blue eyes. Just then, Regina and Henry walk into the room.

"Are there any privacy laws around here?" Asked Emma.

"I'm afraid I have some very bad news. Devon has Neal by the well, and he is going to take your daughter too. He says if he can't take her, he's going to do something to the whole town, and you'll regret it."  Explained Regina. "He's going to send them to New York."

Emma looked to Killian. "No!" Tears filled her eyes. She looked at her daughter. "It's the only way to save the town."

Snow and David are still frozen, and Devon is holding Neal over the edge of the well.

"I guess this is it." Thought Snow. A single tear rolled down her face. "Goodbye."

Devon put Neal in the basket and lowered him into the well, bubbling with a green smoke. After Neal was lowered into the well, the smoke started to pour over the edges, and into the rest of the town. Devon dissapeared in a cloud of blue smoke, and Snow and David were released.

"Nooooo!" They shouted in unison as they ran to the edge of the well.

"We lost him David!" Snow sobbed into his shoulder.

"Don't worry, Snow. We'll find him. We will always find him."

"Bye, Maylen. You'll find us soon." Emma told her daughter, tears streaming down her face. She then put a necklace around her daughter's neck. Green smoke filled the room, and the next second, Maylen was gone.

Emma threw herself into Killian and sobbed.
