Maylen's POV:

~The sword went through his stomach. He was gone.~

I was having another vision. This time I didn't wake so abruptly, I've been having them nightly. Although, I couldn't go back to sleep. I sat up on the air mattress in the room we were reorganizing upstairs.

We had started to turn the upstairs spare bedroom into my room. The walls were freshly painted a light sea blue. My father said it would match my eyes, and he was right. We had bought a bed yesterday after Granny's, and my parents and I had started to assemble it.

I got up and slipped light clothes on, brushed out my hair, and went downstairs to pour a bowl of cereal. Then there was a knock on the door. I walked over and opened it up. Micah was standing in the doorway.

"Oh, Micah," I said, surprised, "Come in."

She walked in, "Hi, um, I need to talk to you about something."

"Yeah, anything," I told her, "You want a bowl of cereal?"

She walked over and sat down on the couch, "Uh, sure."

I poured some Cheerios into a bowl with some milk, and sat down in the seat across from her.

"So, what's up?" I ask.

She hesitated, "It's about Devon. I really don't know how to say this."

"Micah, you can tell me anything. Besides, my parents are still sleeping."

"Okay, so last night I was walking in the forest, right. And Claire was talking to me....and yeah." She started.

"And when Claire left, Devon appeared. And he asked me for a walk."

"Please tell me you didn't say yes." I pleaded.

"Well, I did. And I enjoyed it."

I thought about the possibility of Micah with Devon. Okay, now I was going into protective mode.

"He has changed." She said.

"How do you know that?" I was angry now, "You've experienced what he could do. He could rip you from your family forever!"

"But there's something about him-"

"NO! I'm not letting you fall into his trap! I've known you for all of my life, and if you get sucked into the darkness I won't ever be able to forgive myself!"

I'm somewhat happy for her, but also somewhat raged. If she falls in love with Devon, there's no going back. Falling in love with the enemy is the last thing we need right now.

"Micah, it's just, Devon, he knows you're my best friend, and he wants to get at me. He can use you, pull you in and use you against me."

She just stares.

"I'm sorry, for yelling at you," I told her, than she walked up and left. Her bowl of cereal hadn't been touched.

I heard footsteps and turned around.

"Everything alright, love?" Killian said as he walked down the stairs.

"Oh, yeah," I told him, "everything is fine."

He was already dressed and ready, "Well then, hurry and pack your things. We don't know how long we will be in the Enchanted Forest."

"Wait? What!" I responded.

"You guys were the ones that urged us on," he told me as Emma jogged down the stairs.

"But, I didn't know we were going today?!"

"Well, go and pack your things, Maylen," Emma told me.

As they made their breakfast, I went up to pack my clothes. I only took a few pieces of the clothes Emma gave me, and two pairs of shoes.

I came down the stairs and my parents were ready for me and by the door.

We started walking to the well, and joined up with Robin, Regina and Charlotte on the way.

"Are you ready?" Charlotte whispered to me.

"Ready as I'll ever be," I responded.

When we got to the well, Neal, Micah and Claire were the last ones to arrive.

"I'll have to use some of my magic to expand the portal," Regina explained.

Her hands started to glow, and she thrust them at the well, and smoke started to flow out of it.

"Is it going to consume the whole town?" Neal asked.

"No, just us. But we need to be quick," Regina answered him.

We all started at each other.

"Just verifying, that when we come back," Killian stated, "our age may not have changed a bit, but yours," he looked to me, Char, Neal, Claire, and Micah, "yours will."

"I'm willing to sacrifice anything for family," Claire said.

"We all are," Neal finished.

"Righty then, shall we get to it?" Robin asked.

"Of course," said Regina, "I'll go first."

She walked up to the well, and looked back. We all nodded our heads, and she jumped in.

After her went Robin, then Emma. After them went Charlotte and Neal hand in hand. After them Micah and Claire jumped in. Then me.

It felt like jumping into a cool pool.

Writer's POV:

After Maylen went Killian. He was the last to jump in. Well, he thought he was. The portal was about to close when someone else hopped in.

A boy with sandy blonde hair and blue eyes.
