When I woke up, Zack had texted me. I decided to not read it because of what happened the night before. Since my mom told me I was moving to Germany and my parents were getting divorced, I hadn't wanted to talk to anyone, especially Zack. Hearing his voice would make my heart break at the fact I had to leave him. I got up to get breakfast when I heard my parents arguing. I sat and listened for a few minutes before walking in. They were fighting about something like money or custody. When I walked in, my dad stopped arguing and nodded in my direction so my mom could realize I was there. When she turned around she smiled at me and walked over to me.

"Well, look who's up and not depressed." She said pulling me to a hug. I looked at her.

"I Wasn't depressed." I said firmly. I maneuvered my way around her to get some breakfast. When I sat down, my dad was reading the newspaper and my mom was drinking coffee.

"How's it going with Logan?" My dad said looking up from his paper. I looked at him shocked to hear him ask.

"Well, I'd say good. We think we got rid of him. He must of thought we were dating because in a text he said we were over and he asked me if we could get back together at one point." My dad nodded. I went back to eating my cereal. That's when the home phone rang. My mom jumped up to see who it was.

"May, its Zack." My mom held the phone out to get me to grab it. When I took it from her my hand, I was shaking.

"Hello?" I stuttered a little.

"May! Thank goodness you're okay." Zack's voice made me want to cry. I cupped my hand over my mouth when the tears came streaming down my face to keep any sound from escaping my mouth. We sat in silence for a while before he spoke again.

"I texted you." He said quietly. I tried to say something, but when I opened my mouth, all that came out was the sound of crying. My parents rushed over to me.

"Maya, I'm coming over." He stated before hanging up. I put the phone down then hugged my dad. He wrapped his long arms around me protecting me from the outside world that was trying to attack me.

"You don't have to go to school today." My dad whispers in my ear and I nodded. I headed to my room. When Zack got here, he ran into my room. He stopped at the doorway to look at me. I got up and he ran to me hugging me. He sat down on my bed pulling me with him. I just balled into him. I buried my face on his firm chest as he rubbed my back.

"I'm scared too." He said looking down at me. I looked up at him.

"I'm really scared. Zack, I think I really love you, but I don't know if you're the one. I don't want to leave you if you are." I said. He frowned and held me tighter. He lifted me to his lap and I leaned against him. He sighed and rested his chin on my head. I turned to look at him. He looked down and placed a kiss on my lips. I molded to him as he put his hands around my waist. I wrapped mine around his neck and went with him. He pulled away.

"I'm not leaving you. I love you and this too much." He smirked and pressed his lips back to mine. When my dad walked in, he wasn't to happy.

"Dad. It's not what you think." I said slinging off of Zack. We got up. My dad stomped right past me and up to Zack.

"Don't you mess with my girl!! You stay away from her!! Don't mess her up!! Now out of my house!!" I looked scared as Zack stared my dad in the eyes.

"Dad!! Please! Don't!!!" I said pulling on his shirt. "You nor mom are doing very well at comforting me right now!! Are y'all? Let him stay!!" My dad gave me a glare as he turned back to Zack.

"Out!! NOW!!!" My dad yelled. Zack walked past my dad and stopped at me. He put his hand on my shoulder and a kiss on my cheek before leaving my room and my house.

"I can't believe you right now!!" I yelled at my dad and flopped on my bed.

"May-"

"OUT!!" I yelled. He turned and walked out. I looked up and sighed. I ran my hand through my hair and just stayed there looking at the ceiling.
