"(Y/N) (Y/L) has been missing for nearly three months. I'm sure many of you have seen her posters all around the town recently. She was a talented student who was enrolled in our schools medical program."

Blah. Blah. Blah.

Sangwoo only attended this purely out of curiosity. He glanced around the auditorium, it was filled to the brim with students, staff members, and others of the community. Some sat awkwardly in their sits, others holding onto each other for support while some of them just gripped onto photos of the missing student. He listened to the countless stories told by students about her and what made her so special, so unique.

A special guest speaker held the microphone now, it was (Y/N) brother.
"(Y/N) truly was one of a kind."

Blah. Blah. Blah.

He furrowed his eyebrows, rolling his eyes in disgust.
They didn't miss her. They only missed the things she did for them. Their only crying because that's what expected of them to do. Their only here so they can take photos and post it on their social media sights to look good in front of others.
If they adored and cherished her so much then why did it take over a month for someone to finally report her missing?
If their so desperate to find her safe and sound then why are they talking about her in past tense like she's already dead?

"She had the biggest sweet tooth I've ever seen. The brightest smile that could make any dark room light up. She could be so stubborn." The young mans voice started to crack. "Before she started school. She got into this big fight with our parents." He wiped away the tears that hung in the corner of his eyes. "Hell. I can't even remember what that fight was even about. She had too much pride to apologize or even talk to them since then."  He pauses, face bright red as he clears his throat, wanting the tears to stop. "She even refused talk to me." No matter how much he wanted to the tears couldn't stop. "She was so upset when I took our parents side instead of hers." He let out a weak forced laugh as if he could brush the memory off . That laugh soon died off and became a choked sob as he lost his strength to stand and collapsed on the floor.

Bum barely touched his plate again today. He only eats enough to keep his stomach from bothering him throughout the day.
How could he eat when (Y/N) is still missing?
It's been a week and he missis her so much already.

"Is that all your going to eat again?" Sangwoo asked the older man, pointing his fork at the food.

"I'm not that hungry today." Bum replied quietly with a small forced smile.

Sangwoo took one last bite of his meal before reaching into his pocket. "Look at what I found while I was at school today, Bum." He slid a folded piece of paper in front of the small man. The tall man watched eagerly, shielding his grin with his hand.

Bum hesitated, a skeptical look forming on his pale face as he took the folded piece of paper into his hands. Skinny fingers nervously unfolded the sheet. His dark tired eyes widened.
It was a missing person's sign.
It was your photo in the corner that captured your cheery smile and sparking eyes that he grew to love so much. It had basic information written down; name, age, height, skin color, hair color, eye color. At the bottom there was a website dedicated to finding you. But what caught Bums attention was the place you were last seen, leaving the school grounds after hours, alone.

"(Y/N) been gone for three months and there's hundreds of people crying and looking for her right now." Sangwoo said. "Her face is plastered on every window in the town right now." A wicked grin formed on his lips. "But I haven't seen a single paper with your pitiful face on it. You've been here for months and not a single person even noticed." He saw the way Bums lips formed into a tight line as his eyebrows furrowed. "Or maybe they just don't care enough to look for you." Sangwoo chuckled obviously amused at Bums face twisted in distraught. "Poor little Bum. Not a single person outside this house wants you. You family and classmates probably haven't even noticed your gone."

Bum looked down even further, his body shaking as tears began to flood his eyes, making the words on the paper blur. He felt a heavy emptiness in his chest that seemed grow wider by the second.

His right, Bum thought.
I'm not like (Y/N). She's a young pretty person who can do anything she wants. She probably comes from a loving family and has countless of caring friends. They'll all looking for her right now.

So whose gonna miss me?
I'm just that old quiet freak at school. I'm just some worthless shit stain on the family tree.
Whose going to even noticed if I disappeared?

Bum felt a warm large hand trace his small jawline before holding onto his his delicate chin. "You have nothing outside of this house, Bum." Sangwoo whispered as he wiped away the tears that stained his pale cheek. He placed a caring kiss on the crying mans chapped lips before walking out of the kitchen.

He left Bum alone to wallow in pity. A twisted smile formed on the handsome mans face as recalled the look Bum had on. Big red eyes with tears rolling down as he trembled at the thought of being unloved by others. The image sent a delightful shiver throughout his body.

Bum searched this entire house to look for (Y/N), Sangwoo thought. But there's one place he didn't search even if he wanted to.

Sangwoo opened the closet, kneeling down to pull out a small key that he hid in one of his shoes.
Skillful fingers unlocked the entrance to the dark basement.
