The next morning, the villains were sitting in goodness class board out of their minds. Carlos and Jay were sitting together at a table next to Mal, Ruby, and Evie.
"Alright, lets move on to the next question," Fairy Godmother said as she moved in front of a chalkboard. "You find a crying baby on the streets. Do you A- carve out it's heart, B- give it a poison apple, or C- give it a bottle? Evie's hand shot up immediately.
"Yes, Evie," Fairy Godmother said excitedly.
"What was the first one again?" she asked. Fairy Godmother's smile slowly disappeared.
"Oh okay, anyone else?" she asked hoping for a better answer. "Mal?" Mal looked up from the picture she was drawing.
"C, give it a bottle," Mal responded.
"Correct, again," Fairy Godmother responded happily.
"Dearie, how can you possibly know all these answers?" Ruby asked.
"It's easy," Mal said. "Just choose the one that doesn't sound like any fun."
"Oohhh," the others all said. Then a girl wearing a lot of purple bows came in and scurried past all the villains.
"Hello little one," Fairy Godmother said. "Everyone, this is my daughter Jane." Jane turned around and looked petrified as she looked at everyone.
"Hello," she said quietly. She turned back around and handed her mother some papers, and scurried back out of the room. Then the bell rang and they got up to leave.
"Oh boys, before you leave I need to talk to you," Fairy Godmother said as she ran down the stairs of the platform she was teaching on. "I noticed when you arrived here that you both seem to have a lot of strength and energy. So I signed you both up for sport try outs today on the tourney feild." Fairy Godmother handed both of them pamphlets of their sports teams. "I hope you will enjoy them." She then left the room leaving Carlos and Jay by themselves.
"Are we really going to try out for sports?" Carlos asked.
"Why not? It will give us something to do," Jay said.
Mal, Ruby, and Evie all went to Mal's locker after goodness class. Mal had spray painted a picture of her mother with the words "LONG LIVE EVIL" painted across it.
"Mal, I love your locker," Ruby said.
"Thanks," Mal said. From around the corner Doug and Ben appeared with a boy who had red hair, and was wearing a purple shirt and jeans.
"Hey Ruby," Doug said. "This is my friend I was telling you about."
"It's very nice to meet you," the boy said. "My name is Marlin. I'm the son of Ariel and Eric."
"So, you can teach me music?" Ruby asked.
"Of course,"Marlin said. "Whatever you want to learn I can teach you. If you're free now I can show you some instruments so you can pick the one you want."
"Sure," Ruby said. "See you guys later." Ruby then walked back around the corner with Marlin.
"Evie, I saw we have chemistry together next period," Doug said.
"Yeah I guess we do," Evie said.
"We should probably get going so we're not late," Doug said.
"See you later M," Evie said. She then walked away leaving Ben and Mal alone.
"This is some pretty fancy artwork you have here," Ben said motioning towards her locker. "How about we take this talent off the locker and put it in an art class?"
"Sounds boring," Mal said. She then saw Jane scurry past them and run into the bathroom. "On second thought, I'll check out some classes later. Right now, I have some business to take care of."
