Driving and driving, was the only actions he made, was the only thing he could do until they stopped at their destination. All the way in Massachusetts. Pretty big state, for as little as it seems on a map. Nick kept driving, with Melody sitting in the passenger seat, looking out the window distantly, listening to who knows what. She liked all kinds of music, but no one really got to hear her playlist of undesirable songs, with her headphones always in.
Nick looked in his rear view mirror, adjusting it to just see Tommy and Shelby sleeping. Shelby laid her head on Tommy's shoulder. Her chocolate colored hair was parted so that her bangs covered her eyes a little. She had her arm wrapped around his waist as her other arm gripped Tommy's bright yellow emoji mask. Tommy laid his head on top of Shelby's. His fluffy brown hair was spiked up, with his silver piercing hanging from his ear. They both shared a pair of earbuds, one plug in one ear for each person. Then Nick suddenly noticed something hilarious. Tommy had worn Shelby's flower crown. Nick smirked and turned back towards the road.
They would soon arrive at Cory's home. His large house is big enough to fit them all. Cory, Uni, Calla, Melody, AJ, Shelby, Tommy, Ashlie, Nick, and Dawn. Ten people was a lot for one house, but it is worth it. Just to Cory's house, then they would have to pick up Calla, AJ and Ashlie from the airport as Uni and Dawn had gotten to the house earlier than they did. Driving, and driving. Through the city. A city of winding roads that lead to no where, and unnamed streets that continue to dead ends of building after building. Yet, Nick knew where to go. He continued down the road as he saw a nice neighborhood up ahead. He drove in slowly, looking at all the houses as they passed. Finally, they arrived. Cory's ginormous house, towered in front of the car. Nick pulled into the drive and turned off the car.
