Little Mind Game

|| Chapter ~ 3 ||

Dawn drove up to the driveway, sighing. He was glad they finally were at the house. They all got out of the car and headed to the door. It was locked. Dawn unlocked it with his house keys and they headed inside. The girls followed behind him. Ashlie hollered and shouted for every one. But no one answered, no response or holler back. Ashlie looked at everyone confused. AJ shrugged, and Calla went off searching. She went into the living room, and found something unexpected. "Hey guys! I think you should all see this!" Calla called.

Everyone came into the room and found something odd. On the three couches and one chair sat and laid the rest of the gang. On one couch laid Nick on top of Tommy, another, Uni on top of Cory, and the last just Shelby by herself. The room was peaceful and so was the gang. Everyone was asleep, as normal. Dawn checked his phone, it was 3:00 pm. Soon to be dinner. They all decided to leave the sleeping children and take the rest of their luggage upstairs.

~Later~

Everyone was up and alive. Shelby and Cory played Just Dance 2017 version on the Xbox, AJ and Melody talked in the kitchen, Uni and Dawn were upstairs unpacking, Calla and Ashlie made cookies, and Nick and Tommy watched the two as they played Just Dance. Tommy said that Cory was winning while Nick insisted it was Shelby. You wouldn't be able to tell until the song was over. And this one was oddly long. They danced to Young by the Chainsmokers. In which was one of Shelby and Cory's favorites.

Once the song ended both plopped onto the floor, exhausted and out of breath. The tv screen shines brightly with the word winner written all over it; however, the word 'Winner!' was only there to show a sweet victory for Cory, and not Shelby. Cory started to do a victory dance, prancing about the room happily, chanting 'I win! I win!' like a child. Shelby crossed her arms, rolled her eyes, and growled. "You cheated," she mumbled under her breath. "And how do you exactly cheat at Just Dance, Shelby?" Nick asked. "Cheat codes, making the camera focus on him, breaking my controller," Shelby began to pout, now acting like a real child. "Yeah uh huh," Cory said making a weird face and smirking.

Shelby stuck out her tongue, still crossing her arms and looking away from him. "Awww is baby Shelby pouting?" Nick teased. Cory smirked, and Tommy laughed. "N-No!" Shelby said. Shelby frowned looking away from them. Nick and Tommy laughed, while Cory stuck his tongue out and pulled his bottom eye lid down making a face. "Aww does baby want daddy?" Tommy teased, as he laid a crossed the couch on his stomach closer to Shelby who sat on the floor. Shelby's eyes widened and her body tensed as her face flushed to a blue color. "Sh-Shut up Tommy!" She said and pushed him away. Nick and Cory laughed as Shelby rolled her eyes. Tommy rubbed his nose in which was just pushed by Shelby. "Hey Cory! Did you order the pizzas yet?" AJ called from the other room. Cory looked up, then nodded. "It should be here soon!" They hadn't known what they would do in that time, but wait.
