Kaylee's POV
I entered my apartment with a bright smile. I just brought my father and best friend Lea to the airport, because they are going back to New York . They both helped me to put everything together in the apartment. Yesterday we finished, but they stayed over last night. I jumped on the couch checking social media while I heard a song playing of Drake. Just if you didn't know, I love Drake. I stood up and walked to my balcony. I looked to my left and saw my neighbors balcony doors open while I still heard the song. I haven't met any of my new neighbors yet so I decided to say Hello. I was to lazy to walk all the way over to the front door so I decided to jump over the fence of the balcony and climbed on the balcony of the neighbors. I entered the apartment and looked around. "Hello?" I said and looked around if someone was here. I turned around and saw a boy standing in front of me only with a towel around his waist. He looked at me in shock and covered himself up as fast as possible making me laugh. "Who are you?" He asked me shocked.
"Your new neighbor" I smiled at him. "Wait, how did you get in here?" He asked me looking at the front door which was locked. " The balcony" I giggled. "Seriously?" He said and laughed a little. He walked to his bathroom while I followed him. "There is a girl o my god.." He whispered to himself and I heard him. "What? is that weird to you?" I laughed and he turned around in shock. "Did you follow me?" He asked me blushing and I nodded with a small smile. "Sit down in the living room, I will change quickly and be back" He said shyly and locked the door making me giggle. I started to look around his apartment. On the counter were glasses and a Harry Potter book. I smiled and grabbed them. I put on the glasses and opened the book. I hate reading, but this book wasn't really bad at all. I walked to the couch and sat down. "Hey.." I heard him and I turned around smiling. "Hey you" I smiled and move to the other side of the couch to make some space for him to sit down. "My glasses look kind of cute on you." He said nervous with a small smile. "Thanks." I said and handed it to him.
Nobody said anything for a while which was kind of awkward so I started talking. "So whats your name." I said and he looked up at me. "Cameron.. Cameron Dallas." He said back with a little smile. "I'm Kaylee, and you don't have to be so shy. Just be yourself around me." I winked at him making him blush. This boy has something that is really attractive. "Do you hang around a lot of girls?" I asked him while he put away the Harry Potter book. "To be honest, never really. They never like me.." He said upset sitting back down next to me. "What why?" I asked him confused. " I am a nerd, girls don't like nerds.." He looked down. "What?! You're not a nerd.. Your really hot if you would ask me." I smiled at him while his cheeks turned red really quick. "i mean, I always get good grades, I love reading and I wear glasses.." He said sadly and looked away. I grabbed his face so he turned back to me." That is whats called talent and the glasses look good on you." I said to him making him smile. "Don't be so negative about yourself Cam, Your not as bad as you think you are." I smiled and looked into his hazel eyes through his glasses.
His eyes are just breathtaking. They make me speechless and I can stare at them forever if I could. I looked away with a small smile. "Which University are you going to?" He asked me. "University of Kingston" I said and he now looked at me with wide eyes. "What?" I giggled. "Me too!" He said excited. "Really?" I said and he nodded smiling. "Yay! going to the same school as my new best friend." I said excited and he pulled me into a hug. I pulled away and realized I was now sitting on his lap. "O gosh sorry.." We both blushed and I jumped off his lap. "Tomorrow is my first day, we are going together" I smiled at him and he nodded with a smile. "Well I am going to sleep its getting late. See you later loser" I winked at him making him smile while I left his apartment to go to my own. Something about this boy gets to me..
