****Yassie: (laughs) "Of course! I'm kidding silly. I just want to hold you for 5 minutes more before you get inside."

Conner: "Well, I know the next time we'll meet, it would be longer than 5 minutes."****

Those where the words that made a tear escape from Yassie's eye as she rushed to an airline counter minutes after her arrival. She had to catch her breath like it was her last. Some families of the passengers were there too hoping for some news.

Yassie: (Gasping) "Excuse me miss? Do you have any updates about the whereabouts of the missing plane bound to Melbourne? I desperately need to know!"

Airline Reception: "I'm so sorry Ma'am but we are still waiting for the latest rescue update on that flight, please do take a seat and we will inform you as soon as we receive some news."

Yassie: "No, no, no. You don't understand. I was hoping you could tell me if some passengers were not able to make it on the plane when they had a stopover here."

Airline Reception: "I'm afraid not ma'am. We had confirmed that all passengers had boarded the plane on time before take off. I'm sorry".

***This wasn't the news Yassie was expecting on her arrival at Dubai International Airport. And due to her extreme shock and exhaustion, she sank to the floor and teared up like an innocent child who lost her balloon. That heartbreaking feeling that her last flame of hope has been blown off right in front of her face. Airport Security helped her to get up and walked with her until she could take a seat and rest.***

****Phone Ringing***

Yassie: "Hello?"

Frances: "Oh my goodness! I'm so worried about you dear! How was your flight? Did you receive news about the missing plane?"

Yassie: (Started crying hard) "I didn't Frances...They told me all passengers including Conner boarded the plane on time. If only I knew this would happen, I could have stopped him before he walked inside that day at London. I truly wish I could have done that."

Frances: "Awww, don't blame yourself dear. It was never your fault. It was an accident. All you need to do now is pray and be strong. Once you decide to fly back to London, please do come straight to me and I'll take care of everything."

Yassie: "I don't know if I could Frances. I just don't...."

***then she ended the call feeling numb. She stayed seated for a few more minutes until she felt tired of crying and decided to just book a new ticket back to London. Tiny teardrops still flowed from her eyes while she calmly talked to the airport reception about her tickets. In less than 30 minutes, she had finished her transaction and started walking calmly to her gate while her face was still blank and teary. She was distraught and couldn't handle the pain. As she walked alone through the dimly lit hallway, tiny sobs was seen by other passengers walking everywhere. Until a familiar voice came out of nowhere....

"Yassie!"

***Yassie stopped and looked back but saw nothing other than passengers walking. She thought she was hearing things and continued walking.

"YASSSIIIEE!"

***The voice grew louder and closer and it snapped her senses. She immediately turned to look around and finally saw a hazy figure running towards her direction. To her disbelief and surprise, it was Conner alive and well and without noticing, she started running to his direction.

Yassie: "C-Conner!!!!"

***They ran to each other bypassing every single other passenger and Conner hugged her off the floor in his strong arms like it was his last. They were both crying hard as they held and cling to each other.
