Chapter Four- An outing with siblings

"So I dunno Lucas hasn't spoken to me in a week and I'm starting to get worried" Jo said 

"Well don't worry about him he's an idiot, and I'm sure he'll come to his senses eventually" I comforted back

"I guess I shouldn't worry too much, anyway how does this dress look!" she burst 

"It looks amazing you should so wear that to the dance" I said admiring the lacy purple dress she tried on.

"Yeah, you look incredible Jo" Pete said while blushing 

"Are you hitting on me Pete?" Jo said and gave him a wink                                                                     "Don't worry Pete, I know you have the hots for Cassie" she teased and left to get changed 

We had decided to go to the shops to look for an outfit for our town's annual dance. Pete and one of Jo's older sisters, Harper decided to join us. As if she was reading my thoughts Harper said,

"Anyway all this trying on dresses has made me really hungry lets all get some lunch" I announced 

We were currently sitting down and eating our lunch while Harper was telling us about her travels to Europe and all the hot guys she met. 

"It's really quite great, i really recommend going there" Harper said

"But enough talk about me, Pete any new love interests?" Harper inquired 

"Oh uh well--- 

"He is totally in love with his best friend Cassie, it's so cute!" Jo interrupted 

"Aww that's so adorable! If you ever need any help in the love department I can be of great assistance little Petey" Harper giggled  

"Hey! I'm not little, I'm only a year younger than Jo and Winnie!" He justified only receiving multiple laughs from us 

"Oh hey Pete I saw a shirt over in that shop let's go" Jo grabbed Pete and left the small table we were all sitting at.

"Sooo he's still head over heels for Jo and she still hasn't realised am I right?" Harper queried  

"Yep, I'm starting to wonder if she's blind or just oblivious" to which we both laughed 

It was obvious to everyone except Jo of his insanely massive crush on her that I almost felt pity for his poor soul. Almost.  Once we finished up at the shops we decided to come back to my place and hang out.

"Oh I heard of this game it's so fun it's called two truths one lie! Let's play it please please please!" Jo bubbly said

"Alright well I'll go first" Harper said

"When I was younger I nearly killed one of my sisters, I have an abnormally large feet and I'm pregnant" Harper piped in 

"Well I know you nearly killed me when I was younger!" Jo said 

"Actually I was talking about Piper but yeah I did it with you as well I forgot about that" Harper responded and we all started laughing

"Well I'm going upstairs to go play games, see ya" Pete stated

"Hey I'm coming too! I beat I can beat your ass" Jo shouted while leaving

"Well I missed you lil' Winnie" Harper said while resting her head on my shoulder 

"I missed you too harp, It doesn't feel the same without you" I said 

"I am pretty amazing so that's understandable, so you still have that kid crush on Perc?" Harper questioned

"What? Harp I think you've got something muddled up there. I'm with Derek, remember and perc is just my best friend obviously" I argued. 

What was she talking about I've never liked Perc, have I?  No of course not what am I talking about, I have a boyfriend. Harp is just trying to mess with my head.   But what if she's right?  

"Oh yeah, him don't worry things will workout eventually anyway let's watch a movie and eat some junk food" she said as she winked at me 

Jo and Harp decided to sleep over for the night, which my dad was completely fine with. We've been sitting on the couches snuggled up to which Jo and Pete look really cosy over there but we've been watching Supernatural. Just then my phone buzzed

Perc: So how's the day out with Jo and Harp? Without me 

Me: It's been really fun and sooooorrry you're the one who said you couldn't come

Perc: yeah yeah whatever It's not my fault my parents wanted me to babysit my cousin

Me: sucks to be you, I'm having a great time without you, maybe Harp could even replace you

Perc: nah you love me, I'm irreplaceable ;) 

Me: whatever helps you sleep at night 

Perc: would you help me sleep at night??

Me: ew you're disgusting go to sleep you loser

Perc: Night winnie, try not to think about me too much xx 

Me: trust me i won't. Night xx

"You're texting him arn't you ?" Harper whispered to me 

"Yes, but shut up it's not like that!" I argued 

"Whatever you say" she said in a very unbelievable voice 

When I fell asleep I surprisingly actually did dream of Percy although he turned into a cat and i was the only one who could communicate with him..... so yeah probably best not to share that with anyone. While i was having this dream i was jerked awake by some freezing cold water

"SON OF A--------

"Uh Uh Uh, language Winnie" Percy grinned

"Oh I'll show you some language" I shouted as i chased after him and tackled him to the ground

What does a girl gotta do to get some peace around here?!

Hiya again everyone!

So sorry this has taken so long to upload but I've just been so freaking swamped with work that I'm gonna die I swear, but bright side I passed a couple of my assessments 

Well up the top is a picture of Pete. I hope you guys liked Harper, she's basically just a more mature version of Jo. I'll try to upload a little more often but no promises! Thank you all for sticking by me. xx
