(F/N) walked into Kaijo with the confidence of a model, because she knew damn well that she looked awesome, even if she had accidentally forgotten the uniform blazer... She easily found the class lists and found her name.

 (L/N) (F/N) - 1A

She quickly turned through the hallways of her new school and arrived at classroom 1A. The day wasn't very interesting, as expected. School in general was very boring for (F/N), she excelled it but still didn't enjoy it. Now was the time for the real important of the day; basketball club time.

She walked up to the basketball team who was just about to start assessing just which new people would be on the team.

"Hello!" She began, "I was hoping I could play on this team."

"Um.. you're a girl, this is boys basketball." One large, brunet boy commented.

"Well, technically this is the basketball club, not the boys basketball club, so there isn't really a reason I can't play." She explained.

"Sorry, we're still going to say no. We pride ourselves for having a good team and we don't want anyone compromising that." an older man, who must have been the coach interjected.

"B-but you've never even seen me play..." She murmured quietly. "Let me try out, please!" she begged, looking up to him with large, hopeful (e/c) eyes.

"W-well..." He stuttered. "I suppose you can try out, it wouldn't hurt."

"Thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou" She exclaimed excitedly.

"Yeah yeah, don't worry about it." The coach mumbled. Suddenly, the screaming of girls could be heard. The entire class turned their attention toward the source of the sound. Standing just in the door was Kise Ryouta, a member of the generation of miracles. Surrounding him were several fan girls, to which he was so gracefully giving his attention to.

"I remember playing him in middle school..." (F/N) mumbled. It seemed that this year might actually be interesting. For a play maker like (F/n), having a player so offensively skilled opened up a whole new world of opportunities. He signed papers and took photos with all the girls that wanted one. The third years seemed a little irritated. When he finally finished, he finished dealing with the girls, he ran and joined the other new first years. And finally, they were able to join.

"Alright! I'm Kasamatsu Yukio, third year, captain of the team. My position is point guard." He introduced. ' wow... so cool!'  (f/n) thought to herself. "Now," He continued, "I want you all to say your name, middle school, and preferred position. After that, we'll have a practise match to see how you guys will fit into the team. Any questions?" he asked. No questions were raised. "Alright, lets start with you and move down the line." He ordered, pointing at a boy on the left. So one by one, the new members introduced themselves. Finally, they got to (f/n).

"Hello! I'm (L/n) (F/n), I went to Norikara middle school, and my preferred position is point guard... because I'm too short to play any other position, ehehe." They nodded at her and moved onto the next player. Eventually they got to the miracle in the group.

"My turn, huh? Then since I'm last..." He began fairly normally. Then he transitioned into some weird, tacky, sparkly version of himself and continued. "I'm Kise Routa, first year! My hobby is basket ball," He did a little spin and pretended to shoot a ball, "my specialty is karaoke!" He did a few more weird poses. "Wait that's backwards." He adds with a giggle. Suddenly, he got weirdly seductive, "I'm from Teiko middle school, and I'm ok with any position! I also work as a model so I might not be able to come to practice much, but nice to meet you!" He finally finished. (f/n) stifled a giggle. She had to admit his weird excitement was adorable and contagious. However, her senpais seemed to disagree... The captain guy suddenly got very intense. His eyebrows scrunched up and his face went red.

"Shut up." He murmured, deathly calm. "I only asked for your name, middle school, and position played!" Suddenly, he attacked Kise with a flying jump kick. "Just diligently answer what you're asked, you tacky punk!" He kicked him three times total, each making (f/n) flinch slightly.

"That hurt!" Kise exclaimed as he flew backwards, knocking right into (f/n). She caught him in her arms as the two stumbled to the ground. She glanced down at him with curious (e/c) eyes, and he stared right back.

"Are you ok?" She asked him, feeling slightly worried. Then his whole 'hurt' demeanor changed completely. He leapt to his feet and dragged her with him.

"I am now! Thank you for caring!" he exclaimed, wrapping his arms around her in a tight hug. She giggled lightly as she removed herself from him.

"Of course I care, you're my teammate now!" She added with a cheery smile. He smiled even bigger, 'Uahhh, how adorable!' He thought with a blush while wrapping his strong arms around her once more and turned to face the captain that had so viciously attacked him.

"See? Don't you think you treated me was bad, considering that I'm a rookie that was scouted for you?" He asked the third years. "Be a little more welcoming, like (f/n)-chan here!"  he exclaimed while gesturing to the girl that was currently in his arms. The captain seemed even more angry.

"Like I care!" He yelled. "You first years don't get to talk back to a senpai's orders!" Kise looked offended.

"Well, whatever, just cause you're older doesn't mean you're better." He stated and released the poor girl from his arms.

"Kise-kun, please don't be so disrespectful. The third years have worked really hard for this team!" (F/n) added. "besides, you don't even know how good they are." Kise sighed a little bit.

"I suppose you're right, (F/n)-chan." he mumbled in defeat.

"Oh, and senpai..." (F/n) called to her new captain.

"Oh,... uh, uh, yes, (l/n)-kun?" he stuttered nervously.

"Please be careful! You kicked so hard I thought you were going to break Kise-kun in half!" She added.

"What? But he deserved it!" Kasamatsu exclaimed, red faced at the idea of talking to a girl. "I-it doesn't matter, lets play a practise game. First years versus second years." He said, quickly walking away from the girl to cool down. (F/n) watched him as he walked away and tilted her head slightly. 'He seems nervous. I wonder why?' she silently thought. but now it was time for the game, and boy was she excited.
